If you own a Chevrolet Volt with the Shift to Park issue, do not bring it to this dealership. They will not follow the service bulletin for the issue and will try to make you pay for the service out of pocket instead of under the Voltec warranty. I unfortunately brought my car in for the issue since I thought there was no way they could screw this up.
After 3 weeks of being provided misinformation and having to educate their staff, they still refused to follow the service bulletin. I was then forced to pay the diagnostic fee and do the warranty service myself. It only took 30 minutes and $20 but I no longer had the issue or the code they used as justification to avoid doing the correct repair.
The level of service provided raises either incompetence or ethical concerns since 5 minutes of inspection would have verified my issue correctly. The fact that 5 minutes of looking at the part in question would have confirmed the warranty repair was necessary means that the $200 you pay for a "diagnostic" is most likely them just pulling a code.
On top of all this, when I dropped my car off for repair, I notified Brian that my tire had a slow leak and needed patched. Nothing was noted in the service order about the leak. After the service department manager again provided more misinformation to me about my issue, they had to then go put air into the tire in order to drive out to me.
After 2 bad experiences in a row with this dealership and warranty repairs, I've decided I no longer want to own a car that requires this dealership to provide warranty repairs on and we've moved on. Update: Bought an Hyundai EV, that's how good this service department is, they sell cars for other dealerships.
Also, beware that this business astroturfs its 5 star reviews by asking customers to leave 5 stars before service is done. Which is why you see so many 5 star reviews with no text.

Waste of time and money at this dealership. I had a known issue, they insisted on their $225 diagnostic fee (ok, whatever) but said they would be able to fix it that day if I was correct about the issue. I was correct about the issue but then they said, oh actually we don't have the part so it will be tomorrow.
Plus the labor estimate was more than double that of another shop who had also said that they couldn't get the part same-day. I took the car there for the repair.
The only reason I went to them was that I needed the car fixed THAT DAY because I had a buyer coming for the car and the problem had just appeared. I told them this up front. So, I lost $225 plus the buyer for the car. If they had just been honest about the part not being available then I would have saved time and money (but not the buyer).

Jose was amazing - he communicated with me the entire time, was fast and thorough and he is so sweet. He got my car repaired, the rental arranged, and didn’t even tease me too much about being late to pick up my car! Plus, cat stickers always are the surest way to a woman’s heart. Thanks for the great service, Jose!

We were traveling from out of town when we started having car troubles. The staff here were so helpful, kind, and truly respected our time. They were thorough and fair and even fixed a recall on our vehicle. We want to give a special thanks to Jose who was so kind and helpful!

Bought a vehicle from another Chevy dealer. Ended up having transmission temperature issues on the way to our vacation. Kids were disappointed we didn’t make it to Buc-ee’s. Brian helped us out and got us a rental car to go to
Buc-ee’s while we waited but was on our way with our car in six hours.

I had a very disappointing experience at the service department of this Chevrolet dealership. During my visit, I encountered an issue with an out-of-warranty part. The service manager, Rylan Toland, who was called in to assist, handled the situation poorly and escalated it further. When I asked how he intended to address the issue, his response was dismissive and disdainful, stating, "You can pay us $700 so we could put that right in for you." Despite my attempt to give him a chance to start over and address my concerns properly, he declined, and the interaction became confrontational. At one point, Rylan remarked, "Let me know how that goes," in a dismissive manner when I mentioned speaking to Jeff Ramey, the director of operations.
Credit where credit is due, Jose C., one of the service advisors, provided exceptional service. If more service advisors at this dealership were like Jose, perhaps there wouldn't be as many negative reviews about this service department. I plan to follow up with Jeff and will update this review based on any further developments. However, based on my recent experience with Rylan, I cannot currently recommend the service department at this dealership.

I have been taking my car here for about 2.5 years due to maintaining my powertrain warranty. They have always been more expensive than other areas, but I overlooked that. They have always been significantly slower than other areas (often needing my car all day for a oil change, even with a scheduled appointment) but again I overlooked it. What has pushed me over the edge though is they recently started charging a 3% credit card fee. This is fine but there was no verbal warning (only a small sign on the back of the computer monitor when I dropped off my vehicle). In my opinion if you are going to do this (especially when service fees are regularly over 400 dollars!!!) this 3% surcharge should be explicitly stated. I will find somewhere else to take my vehicle from now on. They continue to show they do not care about good prices, good service or treating there customers fairly.
