Two bedroom suites could use another chair in living rooms.
Rooms: Take a folding chair as not much furniture in the living room only a sofa sleeper couch.

I am beyond disappointed at the service we have received and we haven’t even left the place yet. When I checked in, I was NOT greeted by the desk person. She didn’t even look up right away. When she asked me about housekeeping, I told her yes. Her reply: “Well you know that it isn’t every day.” My answer to this snide remark was that I knew that and every other day was just fine. When housekeeping never came after our second night, I went to the front desk. The desk person tried to blame me for filling out the info incorrectly. I assured that the lady on Thursday evening was told very clearly that I wanted housekeeping. He assured me that he would sign me up to receive housekeeping on Sunday and I walked away with some clean towels. Sunday evening is here and no housekeeping. Our trash is overflowing and we have a pile of dirty towels. I went downstairs and spoke with the guy who I spoke to yesterday. He said he must have forgotten to record that we needed housekeeping. Unbelievable. He offered to call his manager on the phone for me, and my reply was that she wasn’t going to come and pick up the room for me. All he could do was fill the air with empty apologies. I dropped the towels along with my overflowing trash cans down by the electrical room. I’ve never had such poor service and felt so unappreciated for my longtime membership as a Bonvoy member. I’m running out of Marriott’s in the Hamburg area.
Walkability: I’m too fed up with the service at this hotel to reply.

Very nice hotel although a few things are a little outdated, the TV’s only have cable and there’s not any USB outlets. this isn’t a huge issue but for the price i would’ve at least liked to have picked my movie ?. The employees are very nice and the hotel is very cozy.

I had a similar experience to Naye Chandler. They didn't like that they had to take my ESA (who caused no trouble) so they illegally called the police and asked that I leave. I had already left due to their rude and bizarre behavior when they called them. The nasty, mannerless manager nastily accused me of not having a car because I was taking a Lyft out of there (my car was being transported from Washington State after a move). She then nastily said that my dog wasn't a service animal because I "couldn't pay to have her registered as a service animal." The fee for service animal registry is only $75, actually less than I paid a psychiatrist for my ESA letter!? And a service animal is a completely different thing from an ESA! It's like comparing apples to oranges. The woman was just a nasty idiot and I would never return to that property. I especially wouldn't recommend anyone with children go there with that awful, bizarre woman running it.
Safety: The manager is a nasty, hateful, unsafe, and verbally abusive woman. This is not a safe place to stay.

Location is excellent with tons of shopping, restaurants and a grocery store/pharmacy right across the street.
Staff upon check in were 2 older gentlemen who were very friendly and eager to tell me about things to do in Lexington, as it was my first time visiting. Very welcoming.
The facilities are clean, and comfortable. The basketball court was fun for my family.
The pool, bbq’s fire pit and outdoor furniture was closed and/or blocked off.
The breakfast was of poor quality, however included in the price of the room.
I would return based on the 2 front desk staff and the service they provided me, as well as the great location, just off the highway.

Great rooms near great local shopping. Our room was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Nicest room I've ever been in smelled great, great beds, great pillows. The kitchenette was fully loaded. Made my family feel like we was home.
