While the staff was very friendly, the hotel is quite old and in need of extensive renovation and updating. The pool was also closed during my stay in early September.

I travel for work quite often. This is by far my favorite hotel. It’s always clean and the breakfast is awesome. The staff, Chris especially are amazing! They go above and beyond to make my stay the best! I stay here every time I’m in town. I won’t stay anywhere else they have spoiled me!!

We called the hotel prior to our stay to see if they could put a few balloons in our room since we were arriving on my son's 7th birthday after traveling most of the day. I told them "nothing too fancy" and they went above and beyond: balloons throughout the room, a birthday banner, birthday cake with a "7" candle, Marvel toys as gifts and even a card signed by the entire staff. Our son thought it was the coolest thing in the world. On top of that, a spacious and clean room. Highly recommend.

The front desk could not get our room because of a computer issue, no elevator when we finally got our 2nd floor room, layout of the room was spectacular but everything is broken or old. Good in the refrigerator was not ours. Our neighbors couldn’t lock their door. For the normal rate of $160, I’m stunned this is even a Marriott. No responses through the app from a request hours ago.Rooms: Amazing layout but things are broken, holes drilled in doors, someone else’s old food in the refrigerator. Don’t come expecting the Marriott brand.Safety: Was glad to see security but didn’t realize the area needed so much

Staff was dismissive. Pool was unavailable our entire 4 day stay and they did not offer and compensation or alternatives. Bathroom floor was filthy as were the dishes.

Rooms were spacious and well designed, but dirty. hair on the sheets, smears on the walls, microwave and fridge were quite gross, and the shower curtain and bathtub were discolored (except for a large white rectangle on the bottom of the tub?). The layout of the buildings seemed like a cool concept, but the property was run down. The door did not shut properly and kept blowing opened even when it seemed to be latched. Loud location, sirens going all night. Some of the staff were ok, and some of the staff was extremely rude.Breakfast was... interesting. No meat available, dried eggs, a waffle machine with some foul tasting waffle mix, BUT they had rice, seaweed and natto which I thought was pretty cool. Probably best not to count on being provided with breakfast.Definitely not worth what I paid. More like a cheap motel.

Nice hotel in a great location. After we checked in, a group of people checked in above us. They were rude enough to be loud and blasting music. We needed to get up early for a flight to Egypt and needed our rest. After calling the front desk, the people above us were notified of the noise complaint. Unfortunately, they didn't care. So, the front desk staff was kind enough to move us to another room. Thankfully, we got a good night's sleep after that.

This is one of the original Residence Inn's and I prefer it to the newer ones. The staff, especially Chris, was super helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the continental breakfast wasn't bad either!

1. We reserved the room for the pool and even though it looked fine it was s*** down for maintenance. 2. Housekeeping cleans every 2 days. Guess they expect you to use dirty rags. 3. I was woken up at 5 am to beating sounds from upstairs. Worse stay ever at a Marriott.

Man I recommend not aureus why not a 5 star hotel the lofts are amazing clean and breakfast is good not 100% but it's great waffles eggs sausage biscuits and gravy and cereal and coffee and juice maybe different everyday but was great for my family. Thanks guys we were truly happy here.

Comeka, who checked us in, was helpful and friendly. Great customer service! The suite was clean and tidy, as was the outside surroundings. No issues with neighbors. Parking lot was neat and tidy as well. Would stay here again.
