Not necessarily my style of clothing but it is a well maintained store, priced "fair". You don't get much back if you sell here but that is due to them pricing their clothes a bit cheaper than most other stores.
They have a very nice selection of jewelry that is priced amazingly. The staff is a bit standoffish but once you get to talking with them they are VERY kind and friendly.

Very friendly, they have a little of everything. Random jewelry is just a couple of dollars a piece.

First visit was today. Store is very nice and neat. Very nice prices, compared to Clothes Mentor this store beats pricing.

Arrived this evening before close (not by much) but was told to leave. I live far away and went out of my way to get here before closing to quickly purchase a specific coat. If the store stops accepting customers at 4:50 instead of 5pm, this should be the posted closing time on Sundays.Other than a handful of “okay” merchandise, the store primarily specializes in worn, cheaply crafted clothing and a large section of overpriced Lily Pulitzer. Save your time and money and go to goodwill for a comparable or better shopping experience.

I sincerely wish I had read the reviews before going to sell hundreds of dollars worth of my clothes to this place! My fault! And I should have known something was wrong when there wasn’t any selling info on the site where they make you set an appointment to sell. My experience is just like the many other reviews written. They took 5 bags worth of clothes, full of name brand, some higher end, including leather jackets, name brand coats, jeans etc. And a full bag of mostly expensive brand shoes that were barely worn. And only paid me $1.88 a piece. A pleasant but uninformed employee was the only person present when I came to claim my offer. So the next morning, I called and spoke with the owner, he is the only buyer for the store. I wasn’t rude or unprofessional when I explained that I was calling to make sense of what happened/why I felt extremely short changed and asked if I could come back, void the sell/return the offer. I wanted to cry when I left the store. For me, there was no point in taking the store credit offered, a very low amount as well. I went to sell to make money to purchase new clothes in a different size. And their plus size section is barely in existence. So they couldn’t offer me any clothing to use the credit on. Needless to say, I was denied the opportunity. They are legally robbing people. The owner proudly informed me that they have been in business 5 years. And now I see how they have been able to accomplish that. He said it wasn’t their “intent to screw their customers over”. But as a seller, that is exactly what happened. Lesson learned. I prefer to support local businesses. But will do my research first. Lastly I will say, the female employees I encountered were very nice.

Place is a rip off. Took easily $400 worth of clothes there to sell and they offered me $50. What a joke.

What an insult!!! Brought 2 boxes of mens clothing, like new dress pants /shirts along with shorts, jeans, tops and hoodies. Many of the items still had tags. The buy was only offered at $25 for 33 items….. that is about .75 cents each. One of the items was a brand new -with tags - UK hoodie——they will sell that for $25 alone.I should have known better as I have read very similar reviews. ?

What a joke. Don't sell to this place they pretty much are theives if you ask me. You know I run a pretty successful Mecari store and from now on I will just eat my inventory for a little bit longer because a brand new with tags 100 dollar Nike men's Dri Fit outfit over 200 dollars in gently used shoes and that's just with me going through the men's stuff I haven't even touched the women's stuff yet and they paid me 14.00 for the whole big black tote they bought. I will not be back people and please don't waste your time sell your stuff yourself and put these theives out of business.

Took a large suitcase of clothing on 2/12/22. Some clothing still had price tags. Over 30 pieces of nice newer clean clothing that I couldn't wear anymore due to weight loss. Was told I would receive a call on Monday with a price. No call. When I finally reached out on Friday, was told "it's ready to be picked up." That's it. One line from Brian Hale. No price or anything. Called the store to hear the price is $20. For all that clothing. The poor communication alone is enough to know this is a s*** show unprofessional business. They really have no idea what they are doing. Would not recommend, not worthy of even one store.
