Coach Greg is an educated, mindful, and personable coach. I walked into his gym ready to commit but afraid of re-injuring myself. With his guidance, I’ve been back into the workout scene almost 2 months now and gaining more confidence/strength each day!

Greg is knowledgeable and great as a trainer. His small group fitness classes are fun, effective and non intimidating. He’s incredibly supportive and helpful- assisting with technique, form, modifications/amplifications, etc. I would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, with a very knowledgeable trainer
