Sold me two broken tapes and gave me a hard time when I wanted a working one. First one was dead when I got it. Which is a big no no. He said to just charge it and It wouldn't even hold a charge and was missing half of the liquid. I brought it back after I realized I was sold a faulty vape and he gave me another and when I pulled it out of the box it was covered in the liquid that leaked out.

Now under new ownership and things are just bad. They never have the wine that is so easily accessible and they’re very strict about their vapes. They rung me up under the wrong vape after i clearly told them the one i want and wouldn’t exchange the wrong one they gave me. Guess ill be driving a little further for the right wine and vapes with genuine policies. I miss the old owners :(

This place has sold to my underage son several times he has come home several times with alcohol and tobacco products I have made reports with the police. I find this very disturbing that they could find it in them to sell to under age child alcohol and tobacco products now my son is in a rehab rehabilitation to get help so I hope you guys are ready for what you have done.

This is a great local business with friendly staff. I usually shop in store since it’s on my way home, but I have recently taken advantage of adding them to my food delivery orders with DoorDash. One time the product I ordered was out of stock, and instead of them cancelling the order or having the DoorDash driver choose a replacement, a store associate called me and actually made some recommendations! Great customer service at Redding Liquor!

MEECH, give this man his flowers he knows what he’s talking about ask him for advice and you’ll definitely won’t be disappointed. Hell make sure you walk out pleased. Also the lady DANNY I believe her name she’s awesome . I definitely be back for more . Satisfied customer for sure . They deserve a raise . Very down to earth and friendly ppls . Keep them on your staff ❤️
