The salesman was very helpful. Due to a narrow foot, I struggle find work boots that fit. After getting sized up, I purchased the second pair I tried on.

After two outstanding purchasing experiences last year, we were surprised when we called to inquire about the availability of work boots for my wife and shop moc oxfords for me. The store didn't have the boots we wanted in stock, and didn't seem open to the idea of ordering them. They did provide a couple of phone numbers of stores in Pennsylvania that we could call to ask about buying the boots and having them shipped.

Love this store. Staff are super helpful, not pushy at all. Super knowledgeable, which does mattered a lot when spending a little more than I was used to on boots. I bought wrong size, which was my fault. They didn't make me feel dumb or anything, and gladly gave me the correct size. If I'm able to afford it, this will probably the be only place I will buy boots from now on.

Had a great experience in the Lexington store. Craig and i had a good conversation, he then went to the back and got 2 sizes of each boot i wanted to try on. Wasn't pushy with the sales pitch and answered all my questions (this is how you sell merchandise). I was in and out within 45 minutes wearing my new iron rangers. Although my wallet does feel alot lighter, im glad i bought in store because i ended up a full size down from my brannock size and getting the right fit is key when buying heritage style boots.

Very bad weather day, one salesman who took great care of all three - four of us inside. He was well versed and extremely cordial and answered all questions from me as well as other clients. Store very clean and organized.
