I can honestly say she, and the maintenance team are who get 5 starts. Considering I’ve never had to deal with anyone else. When I needed something, I always call or email her, even though she isn’t my rental agent anymore. She always goes above and beyond to fix any issues or problems, and the maintenance crew is always spot on, I’ve never had to wait more than a few days or call about an issue more than once.
