I can honestly say she, and the maintenance team are who get 5 starts. Considering I’ve never had to deal with anyone else. When I needed something, I always call or email her, even though she isn’t my rental agent anymore. She always goes above and beyond to fix any issues or problems, and the maintenance crew is always spot on, I’ve never had to wait more than a few days or call about an issue more than once. They are courteous enough to email about anything before placing fines, the bushes in the front yard were overgrown and needed trimming, and they emailed me after an inspection to let me know, instead of just citing me for it.
