Wow! I received excellent and knowledgeable customer service for my challenging project. Natalie offered valuable insights and was very attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend them for upholstery needs.

First and last time I will ever shop there. Went there to pick up fabric for a friend. The store had just opened. So I was the only customer. My friend called there before I went to make sure the fabric was there and let them know I was coming, ( I was there and heard the conversation). When I got there they said they didn't know what I was talking about. Then the lady said, "oh I took the call and you were suppose to just look at fabric ". I explained again what I was there for and the name the fabric was under. They finally found it and shoved the roll of fabric over the counter. Both of the sales women were extremely rude, acting like it was so much trouble to help me as the customer. I'm sorry buy I was raised to treat people with kindness and respect which these ladies know nothing about. They made me feel like I was less than them. I'm sure losing one customer means nothing to them but I am so tired of people acting so rude and like people don't matter. If I were the owner of the store I would be appalled if my employees treated customers like that and if it was the owner I dealt with, shame on you.

I went in to have a cushion made and was impressed with selection of fabrics. Overall the staff were okay but they weren’t the most welcoming or friendliest group. They seemed annoyed and bothered when you had a question. The person who helped us didn’t know how to measure and didn’t know to place a custom order. She had to keep asking for help from another coworker which took a long time just to get the order placed. I heard great things about this place but didn’t experience it. I will be using another business to complete my pillows and other cushions.

We are in search of patio cushions for our indoor sunroom to begin to enjoy warmer days ahead, I called Rag Peddler and they gave me options for off brands of indoor/outdoor patio fabric (Sunbrella is expensive so I needed another option) and they have plenty of options that would be more reasonable. They have their "discount" bins that is leftover fabric from other peoples projects so I love checking out that corner as well. Beautiful fabrics at a great price!

My custom cushions for our Airstream came out perfectly! The job was ready a week and a half ahead of schedule and the cushions came out beautifully. It was such a pleasure working with this company as they had all the materials in one place and were very kind and helpful. Such a wonderful experience if you need any custom upholstery -- and the shop is gorgeous!

If bonus stars could be earned like extra-credit, this place would be a swirling galaxy of delighted customer bonus stars in my opinion. Walk in with some fabric desires and a sense of what curtains you'd like to make or have made... Walk out with an appreciation for Old-World-Trade, a few skritches of "Tank", the old-guard sloth faced mascot dog who quote: "Always could benefit from a solid male figure in his life", and a burgeoning desire to become a craftsperson in any trade. The name fits like a glass slipper. Seriously, walk in and visit the best melange of the old world and contemporary world I've experienced in this country. All the stars I can give.

Walked into this store on my day off to see about getting a headboard reupholstered. I was the only one there. Walked around and looked at their selection of fabrics. They do have a great selection. Wasn't greeted by the women working, or even asked what I was looking for. After walking around for about ten minutes or so, I left.
