Warning! Do not buy from this place! They won't tell you that they buy a lot of their preowned from Rental fleets. And the finance department will never try and get you financed locally because they get kickbacks running you through their out of state banks.*Rebecca Lowry #1 Slim dark-haired= She bullies, forces herself to smile, and will try and swoon-intimate you with her knowledge. She's "always saving you money and looking out for you", btw*Rebecca #2 Slim skinny blonde= Bad attitude. Will deflect pretending to be on the phone. *Brittany: Heavyset blonde with gap tooth= She's the call screener-deflector. It's the only thing she knows how to do really. Miserable demeanor, and dry attitude.*Rodney Adkins- Intermittent service manager. They'll fire him, then rehire him. A liar.May 2013 purchased New Ford Raptor from Paul MillerAug 2017 purchased 2016 Pre owned Ford Explorer Oct 2017 Explorer Transmission started slipping intermittently. Advised Rebecca #1(Cold weather-temp at least freezing to duplicate problem) They've not been able to duplicate the problem to this day- year 2023, but I was assured it got noted and warranty company was contacted per Rebecca #1Jan 2022 Explorer Twin turbo replacement Nov 2023- Explorer Water pump replacement.Dec 2023- Explorer Purge valve replacement! Out of warranty of course! Quick Google search $60 part, 15 mins labor. Paul Miller's service price $475.I should've Googled this repair before I gave the go ahead. But I told Rebecca #1 to tell the tech to put the old part back on. She said he ld already started putting on the part and that she'd work with me on the price. This was my last time there. Monday 01/08/2024 I started hearing what sounded like loose screws rolling around in the headliner of the roof of my Explorer. I recall Paul Miller's service did a safety recall repair on the luggage racks back in 2021 due to them possibly coming off while traveling. The next day Tuesday I took it to another Ford service center. Sure enough, they told me the luggage racks were not bolted down. I immediately call Ford Cooperate! They told me they'd get in touch with Paul Miller. I told them I didn't want to deal with this service department anymore. They explained I'd have to, since they did the safety recall repair. A couple of hours later I called Paul Miller service to speak with Rebecca, the same agent who worked with me on the luggage racks safety recall in 2021! Brittany the heavy-set blonde and gapped teeth told me she was with another customer, but she'd have her call me back. I waited for hours, no callback. I call them back! Brittany answered the call again. I suspect Ford Cooperate got in touch with them already because She immediately went into telling me that the luggage racks were done in 2021. And they'd have to look at the car to determine if they'd do the repair. Oh, the repair that wasn't done properly in 2021?!!! She then hung up in my ear.I immediately call Paul Miller back to speak with the service Manager Rodney Adkins. Who was just there in Dec 2023. The operator told me that he doesn't work there any longer! Shocker! Not!! She transfers me to Don the "new acting service manager", who has been in that position before. Of course no answer. No return call after I left a voicemail. This is what Ford Service does and has done for the 10 years I've dealt with them. They lie, never return calls, and screen your calls with caller ID. Rodney Adkins was there before, left and they rehired him. Now he's gone again and Don is back in that position! There's a pattern here of failed service and has been for the 10 years I've dealt with them. Even the service managers know how bad the service here is. Chubby Brittany and Black-haired slim Rebecca should be fired, PERIOD. No questions asked. They lie, and (try) and bully their customers! They're the reason that Ford's service is a failure! They're the reason they have to hire a new service ma

You think you got a good deal here? Well, you are wrong! They cheated you and you haven't yet figured it out. They cheat everyone. The only people to get a good deal here is the business itself by stealing from their customers. They only care about making money, NOT the customer.

I moved to Lexington in 2017 and January of 2023 my Ford Fusion which has been my favorite car took a turn for the worse (nearly 200,000 miles - transmission leak). As it's been a wonderful car! Byron at the Ford Service explained my options of cost and he also referred me to a car salesman because it wasn't worth the cost due to high mileage so I traded it and it was the best move! Paul Miller Ford staff are all phenomenal folks! If any issues with your car/truck... I highly recommend Paul Miller Ford service to look at it and ask for Byron!

Purchased on line a 2021 Subaru Impreza Limited earlier this year with them and am very pleased with the transaction and wanted to call out Bradford Baylor and Josh Williams. The transaction went smoothly and I can attest to their professionalism. All dings were presented by Josh and the shipping from Kentucky to California went relatively smoothly. Originally I looked at a similar car at a Subaru dealership in Miami and was very disappointed. I would certainly buy another car from them in the future.

Always friendly and attentive to my concerns regarding my older F150. I showed up on a Saturday with what I thought was a major truck issue, but turned out to be minor issue. They took care of it immediately. Love the service department here. Especially Jennifer!

I've had a reservation through Paul Miller for a bronco since 2021 but have been waiting for the shadow black or body colored hard tops to be an option. Since the options I want are still not available I keep waiting til the next model year to check in with them. Last week I logged in to my account to pull up my reservation info to call them but find that the dealer had ordered a bronco under my reservation number and sold it to someone else, and they did all this without even talking to me. Paul Miller also never refunded my $100 deposit for the reservation. I have called 4 or 5 times now and talk to a woman named Keisha every time and she has put two messages back for a specific manager to call me back. I haven't heard from this manager in 5 days now. Between my wife and I, our last 3 vehicles have been fords and one of them was from Paul Miller but never again will I buy from this crooked dealership. I want my $100 deposit back and I want to know why they think it's okay to order with my reservation and sell to someone else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have bought 5 vehicles from them, totaling at least 250,000. But when you have an issue, they don't answer their phone, you can leave multiple voice mail messages, they don't call back, their line hangs up on you after you press the numbers trying to get to the right department. I had multiple issues with them not wanting to perform factory safety recalls, charging me for things I had already paid for (oil changes), the list is endless. At this moment they owe me $1,600, and they have owed it for over 2 months for a reimbursement, and i cannot get them to give me my money. Unbelievable. I will never ever in my life buy a truck from them ever again.

Took way too long. 2 hrs first thing in the morning?Plus they adjusted the seat and mirrors and didn't put back the way they were... I HATE THAT. You're driving the truck 10 feet, why do you need to change everything?

Vehicle had a drivetrain issue covered under warranty, vehicle is still in the shop over 6 weeks later and they are saying their is currently no known eta on my repairs. Fords warranty is worth as much as the paper it's written on. Never buy from Paul Miller.

I made an appointment online on a Monday to have my spark plugs replaced on Saturday. I received the reminders and arrived Saturday to my appointment on time to be told that the service advisor I was scheduled to see wasn’t at work that day and the automotive technicians didn’t have time to do my spark plug change. I just wish I had been notified before I made the drive there that they just didn’t have the staff to get it done. I get it, most businesses are in the same boat right now, but communication is what keeps customers happier. I would have been willing to reschedule if I had been notified prior to my appointment about the circumstances, but this was the last straw for me. The Quick Lane I dealt with in College Station, Texas for 10 years was infuriating and unprofessional, and I’m disappointed to see that this trend continues in other states, as well.
