This is the only place I can ADHD prescription filled and I dread having to refill it every month.I always call 30 minutes in advance to check that it’s ready and let them know i will be on my way up there. Only for me to get there and have to wait 20-30 more minutes and half the time they can never fill it there and I have to come back. Gene at times can be pleasant but can more often than not is incredibly rude to you for simply just trying to get your script refilled. I write this review as I’ve tried to call them 3 times to get me medicine for no one to answer.

So disappointed in Gene at Profesional Pharmacy. I had a rx filled today (amoxicillin) and was told to not come back because our insurance does not reimburse the Pharmacy enough. This is rude, unprofessional and discriminatory.

Terrible Experience! I am in town on a travel nurse assignment. I received a script that was sent here to get filled. It is a new and expensive medication and I also have a significant manufacturer coupon. This man who runs the pharmacy was very rude and intrusive while interrogating me about the script. He was mad about the cost and the discount coupon. In the end he told me not to return for refills that I must find another pharmacy. Being in the field of healthcare, I am very disgusted with his absence of professionalism. I was able to switch to another pharmacy with NO problems, questions asked or interrogation. They accepted my manufacturer coupon without any issues. It is a disgrace with how he operates his business and selective service to customers.

This pharmacy is small and locally owned. The staff are the nicest most helpful people. Ended up paying much less than at Kroger or any other pharmacy and bonus...it’s a year round Christmas store too!

It's right next to the dr's office and it has lots of toys and trinkets to amuse kiddos with when waiting the thirty seconds for a prescription to be filled. Meds.

OMG!! This was not at all what I was expecting when I walked into the building looking for the pharmacy I'd been told about. It was like I stepped into a magical wonderland. It's a very small store with everything crammed into it - but everything there is too cute and eye grabbing. They have Christmas trees, ornaments, Santas, stuffed toys, candies, snacks, greeting cards, etc. And, of course, it's a pharmacy too. Talking about ornaments, they have everything from gem encrusted poodles to fairies to cupcakes. As for Santa, you can find him in various costumes. I was actually there to pick up a prescription and got sucked into gaping at all this. When I checked in on Yelp, I found they have a check-in offer and asked them about it. The owner said it was his son's idea and he is trying to introduce him to technology like this. Both the owner and the lady were very sweet and helpful. Of course, I got my candy bar for checking in. It is independent businesses like these that need and deserve the community's patronage. It is a must-visit shop for Christmas decorations.

Gene and his staff are excellent pharmacists and provide outstanding customer service. I feel better just walking in there surrounded by Christmas all year around.

I absolutely love Gene at Professional Pharmacy! Gene, K Margaret, Brenda and Larry are the best people you will ever meet! They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Much faster and more personal than big box store pharmacies. Gene is also a Christmas Addict! Lol. He has many hard to find Christmas accessories. Come stop by and get your prescription filled, check out Santa. Shop smart, Shop local! Tell him Baby Gumby sent you!
