I have used Professional Expediting for over 7 years and the quality and efficiency of their service has far exceeded my expectations at every point. They are professional, efficient, willing to adapt to specific scheduling needs, able to make quick arrangements and keep deadlines. I have never been unsatisfied with their work or displeased with the level of care and consideration they have shown in the process. As the owner of a company that needs dependable and expedient delivery service multiple times a year, I can say without hesitation that we will be remaining customers of Professional Expediting!

I was a Sr. Logistics Specialist and used Professional Expediting for 19 1/2 years. They always handled my freight with care and on time delivery which was very important since the majority of the freight was time sensitive. Over time we built a great partnership between our companies and the goal was communication, service and respect along with a life long friendship.

My experience with Professional Expiditing was neither professional nor expedient. We were supposed to receive a shipment this week to our home. The dispatch services did not schedule an appointment with us for delivery. Instead the delivery driver showed up at our house, while we were at work. I missed his call because I was in meetings but soon called him back. He said that dispatch would reach out to reschedule the appointment, he couldn't bring it back then and that I had to be present because the delivery requires signature.

My experience with Professional Expiditing was neither professional nor expedient. We were supposed to receive a shipment this week to our home. The dispatch services did not schedule an appointment with us for delivery. Instead the delivery driver showed up at our house, while we were at work. I missed his call because I was in meetings but soon called him back. He said that dispatch would reach out to reschedule the appointment, he couldn't bring it back then and that I had to be present because the delivery requires signature. I wait a day, no call from dispatch. So I call the driver back and leave a message, no return call. I THEN find and call the main office. The man on the phone (did not get his name but now realizing that I should have) was very nice, said my package was there and I could schedule a redelivery or come and pick it up. To reduce any more snafus with the order, I opted to pick it up, specifically asked what hours they operate for pickups so that I can plan accordingly. He said "pretty much All of the time." I asked for clarification and he said "yes, someone is here all of the time". My husband and I rearranged our evening (it's 8:30 pm for reference) and made the trip to pick up the package. The person in the office had no idea what we were talking about and said "no one would have told you that we are open all the time. That's not how we operate". Basically calling me a liar, multiple times. Why would I have dropped everything to drive across town to pick up a package THAT WOULDN'T BE AVAILABLE...like I have nothing else to do with my time. I'm irate. I could tell that the guy behind the counter was trying to be professional but it did not come naturally to him as I got the immediate impression - before he heard our story or what we were there for - that he would not help us at all. From there he was terribly rude. So...I still don't have the package and will have figure out another time to make the trip to pick up something that only I can sign for. I will do everything possible to avoid using Professional Expiditing in the future and would advise the same to anyone else.
