If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Told the person that I wanted cats eye and was told they don't have it. Was rushed to pick a color. Stated several times I wanted gel and was told they only have the powder in that color. When getting the pedi, he comes out with gel polish that matches my nails, and I also found out that the person that did my nails doesn't like cats eye so he won't do it and was shown where the it was. Never going back...RUN AWAY

I called asking how much it is for a gel polish change for my nails and toes and the person on the phone said $15. I reiterated that i was getting gel because i am aware that gel costs more and they said it would be $27. Once i got my nails done, the lady at the desk said it would be $50. I told her that on the phone someone told me it would be $27. Once i did that, everyone started yelling and screaming in whatever language they speak. I understand if there could have been a misunderstanding but the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional. Some of them got extremely close to me and put their hands in my face yelling about how i never told them i was getting gel, which is not true. I will never be coming back here and I’d advise anyone else to look elsewhere. Their service isn’t even worth it.

They messed up my nails really bad I acts for a very easy design and they still messed up bad and the staff are not so nice either it was my first time there never will be back.

The people who work here are very nice and the salon looked clean. But my manicurist cut 3 fingers with her Dremel tool, one even bled. My hands are very dry from soaking off the gel I came in with for an excessive amount of time. And a very annoying customer loudly talked about her sugar daddy during my entire manicure. So, I didn’t have a great experience. But it seems they have a lot of regulars and several people got their eyebrows waxed, receiving a discount as an-add on to their manicures.

I’ve been coming here since I was 15 to get my eyebrows done and it’s been a long, long time! I moved, but drive to Lexington just to get my eyebrows done. No other place makes them look as good and you never have to wonder if they are closed.

I go here and they always do a good job on my nails. Sometimes it's a scheduling cluster but it usually works out ok.I think it's basically the same price everywhere.Service: Dip powder
