They were contracted by Averitt to do the last mile shipping for a Signature Hardware order. No one answers phones, claim their trucks are broken down, promise to deliver and continue to not show.
November 2022
Paid for “room of choice” delivery. Was out of state when they decided to deliver without calling. Left my couch outside and it had stormed. They then delivered my chairs and drove away before I could even greet them. My “room of choice” would not have been outside. No answer when I call either.
July 2022
Today is the 4/25/22. I received a txt on 4/23 from this company saying i had a delivery for yesterday for around 11am-3pm. They never showed up making me late for work. Ive called and txt multiple times and never got a response.
