I drove all the way to my appointment for a men’s haircut just for them to tell me my stylist is running behind and that they will have to reschedule me for the following day. A call would have been nice. Do not recommend.

I've seen Michael Carter twice now for highlights and a cut at the Tates Creek location. The results have made me very happy! He's so knowledgeable about the products he uses and is gentle with your hair. Just a wonderful hairdresser!
Hair type: My hair is fine and flat. The products Michael uses gives it so much body!

I’d never had lash extensions before and honestly didn’t know much about the different kinds, and Tiffany was great! She explained the different kinds to me and recommended what she thought would work and I love them!

I desperately needed my hair done and decided on a whim. It was very easy to book and they got me in right away. Peyton did my hair and it turned out amazing. I came in with unrealistic wants after someone previously messed up my hair. I didnt realize how bad it was till peyton showed me and explained. After explaining what i wanted, she explained her process and shared her knowledge about my hair and what we could achieve. Instantly i trusted her. She is so knowledgeable and very kind. I had a great experience with this salon and this artist. I will definitely be going back.

The worst. Wanted a few highlight's put in my hair. That’s it. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. She changed the color of my base! Full highlights! Scalp burning. Did not know how to blow out hair. Flat when I walked out. Quoted one price charged another. There are two owners. She offered to redo my hair the next day. I said ok. Looked at their website of hair they had done and realized they don’t know how to do hair. Everybody's hair is dull and fried. She said they have colorist graded one through six. I had asked when I made my appointment for a colorist. Unless you want blue pink purple green or braided don’t go. The worst my scalp is still burning two days after I had my hair done. You’re paying top prices for beginners just out of school. 185.00 plus tip.

Chelsea is excellent! It has been a struggle finding a stylist who knows how to cut and style wavy/curly hair. She gives me great advice and I trust her. She has a fun and warm personality and I am so glad I found her! My curls are always bouncing after my haircut.

The Richmond Rd. store. They r remodeling but it was no problem for me as customer. Quality work. I highly recommend Katie for cuts. She has a special sense for creating. Nice environment and quiet and you have a private space in a huge establishment. Prices are reasonable. Parking is plentiful right outside the door. Receptionists are friendly and efficient. I enjoy the experience of having my hair done here.

Michael Carter is so amazing. He did exactly what I ask him to do. He is so friendly and welcoming. I will be going back to see Michael for sure. If you are having a hard time finding a great place to go I highly recommend Posh. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly.

Katie is great! She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She does a great job understanding what I want even when I'm not sure myself. She takes her time to make sure I'm happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Katie.
