Not only are the products beautiful and high-quality, the customer service is above and beyond. I am engaged and registered for several patterns of Pomegranate Inc.’s beautiful napkins through my 3rd party registry. Despite my registry not being directly associated with the company, they were more than helpful when my guests mistakenly purchased the wrong pattern, or failed to notify my registry of the correct amount purchased (leading to double buying). Isaac from customer care helped me track down and sort through orders and promptly exchanged any sets that did not fit what we had requested for those that did. They were not required to do this since I wasn’t the original buyer, so I was blown away with how accommodating, quick, and professional they were. My fiancé and I look forward to enjoying our gorgeous napkins at dinner for many years to come.

I sent a wedding gift and was not aware that "order notes" meant gift message, so I didn't create one. I emailed several times to customer care with no response and finally left a voicemail. The issue was resolved quickly. Not sure why my emails apparently did not reach them. Their products are beautiful and unique and well priced.

Found the perfect linens and decor for a family garden party. Great quality . One shipment was held up and gentleman in customer service fixed it and everything arrived in plenty of time before event! I will order from them again!

Over the past 20 years I have been enjoying the tablecloths and matching napkins from Pomegranate. They are durable, colorful and consistent in quality. This year I bought pajama pants with a matching bag which when running out in the morning for a quart of milk or loaf of bread will hide the fact that I haven't had time to change out of my sleep wear. What a brilliant idea! The small size is a bit snug for my waist. I am 5' tall and weigh 105 lbs.

Beautiful tableware! I ordered the bohemian blue placemats and the bamboo dishes with a blue linen table runner! Everyone has commented how beautiful and statement worthy it all is. Can’t wait for my next purchase. Everything arrived so well packaged. And washed well too after first uses. Wish I had ordered more before things sold out! If you see it and like it, don’t hesitate to order it.

I was sufficiently impressed with the quality of Pomegranate goods purchased at a retail store that I went online to seek out more. I am even MORE impressed with their customer service. We ran into a little snafu on my 1st online order, and they were fast as lightning to graciously correct it. I received a 2nd order today and will be placing another soon. I’m head over heels with their dinner and cocktail napkins!!! Great company with a great product and excellent follow through.

Such a neat little company with beautiful patterned kitchenware and fabrics. Tablecloths, napkins, table runners, placemats, and many other things. Cute clothes and cozy cashmere. The inside is decorated well and the patterns they make are wonderful. It's pricey, but I highly recommend checking out the warehouse and the website! They package everything so well and take care in all they do.

Apparel (cashmere sweaters), home textiles for kitchen and tabletop. Unique exclusive prints, many of them equestrian. Merchandise is on the high side. The Pomegranate Warehouse Sale is the way to go, as many things are 50% off. Watch for it. There, you'll be sure to find something to dress up your home, or a special gift.
