Need to clean house here, start over, I bank with PNC, love the bank, this location not so much. Only been here twice, both negative experiences, rude, annoying, sense of entitlement, going to try to avoid stopping in here.

I took my 83-year-old uncle today for his about quarterly bank visit. He trades only in cash or check, so I take him to this PNC at Fayette Mall every four or five months to withdraw cash. He has been banking with them at this location for 30+ years. Today, the manager said he could not use the city senior ID he has always used as identification at that branch and then became rude and condescending when I answered that he did not have nor use credit cards. She never said why he could not use that ID nor respond to my questions as to what other ID he needed or why had they changed their standards. Note that we have them a copy of his most recent statement with the ID card. Luckily, there was a teller present who knew my uncle, and for some reason, he was able to complete the request with no issue. We will be looking to take all of his accounts elsewhere. And from other reviews I have read, I would recommend you look elsewhere if you or your loved one is over 80.

My husband went with his parents to this branch today. They had an appointment to add their adult children to their account due to their 90+ age. While waiting for the bank employee, my father-in-law needs to use the restroom. They would not let this 93 year old man use their restroom and he had to go to the Olive Garden next door. How ridiculous!! He was the person with the account and the person with the appointment. I wouldn’t use this bank if it was the only one in town.

This bank has some nice people. Other pnc banks are more knowledgeable and their bankers are more available. If you just have a check to deposit, the mall location is fine. Anything else go to Harrodsburg or Tates Creek locations.

Worst customer service. Will not be using this PNC. Took over 6 minutes to get helped/ even acknowledge and I was the only car in the drive thru.

The staff here was very friendly, they had a super nice employee greeting people at the door ontop of asking what they could help me with. My visit was very quick, the teller was helpful and very informative.

Poor customer service skills. I plan to use other PNC locations from now on. I don't need to be talked down to by the bank teller. Avoid this PNC location.
