I called the Pieratt’s store on East Reynolds Road in Lexington KY yesterday to see if they had the LG washer and dryer in stock that I was interested in as well as the pedestals. Mike Curran, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He had everything I needed on hold and ready to be delivered today! James and Charles, the delivery team made the delivery which was very smooth and professional! We are very thankful that our son recommended Pieratt’s to us!

Just received a new refrigerator from Pieratt’s so I haven’t had it long enough to know how I like it. However Jacob, the sales rep was very helpful and found what I wanted and got it delivered in 3 days rather than weeks which is such a relief. The delivery team showed up in the time frame that was given and the fridge was installed without a hitch as far as I can tell. They had to haul it upstairs too and remove the doors to get it in the kitchen. So I’m satisfied so far.

I greatly appreciate Jacob at the Nicholasville Road store. He shared his experience and knowledge of appliances to help me make a purchase decision that met my needs and budget. The delivery and setup was professional and fast! The delivery gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and took extra steps to insure a secure and perfect installation. He also shared valuable information that confirmed my decision to replace my old appliance. He also advised that buying local gives me an advantage over the box stores in that if I have a problem the local owner has my back. In the end, I feel very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase.

We have purchased numerous products from Pieratts for close to 50 years. Mainly from your old store on Stone and Nich. Road. A few years ago we won a couch. Very Nice. This purchase was an electric stove. We were concerned with the knobs being in the front. The salesman suggested that the knobs were hard to turn on. When we got home, my wife repeatedly bumped into the knobs accidentally and turned the elements on. Pieratts was kind enough to let us return the stove, but, with a restocking charge and l had to get Pieratts to deliver the new stove. So, we were out another $300.00. No, I was not pleased with this part of the purchase. Thank you. John Moore
