I've taken a few of my pets now to Petitude for 7 years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else! My dogs feel safe, loved, come home smelling incredible and their cut exactly how I want it. We love Theresa and Sarah!!

My 7 year old schnauzer has been here twice with Debbie and I have had nothing but great experience. Debbie makes him look amazing and smell so good!! I will continue to bring him to her. Not to mention how affordable it is to get him groomed.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this grooming salon!!! I am extremely particular when it comes to my two Golden Doodles. I know they treat my girls really well because they are always so excited to see Teresa when we arrive at the salon. Teresa does such an AMAZING job on my girls. I am so grateful I have such a wonderful place to take them.

Petitude is the only place we will take our Siberian cat Mila. Not only do they provide excellent service, but they also give tips and educate you for home care of your fur baby. We would give 10 stars if available.

I've been taking my dogs to this groomer for years and have followed them when they have moved. They do such a great job and have dogs of their own so they really know what they're doing. They stay extremely busy so you have to get on their schedule ahead of time. They tend to be a little higher priced than other locations such as Petsmart but the extra price is well worth it.

I took my dog to Pettitude. I went to pick him up and they did a great job but the woman who groomed him gave me some "attitude" from Pettitude. I can't be the only person whose dogs doesn't like his nails trimmed. I took him back again but before I did I sent them an email asking if they were willing to do him again. They never responded. I called to get an appointment and mentioned my email and the girl said she remembered it. After Covid lock down I called to get an appointment and because of the strict mandates they couldn't get him in for another 6-8weeks and I said that I will take the appointment but since he needed grooming so bad if another place can get him in I would cancel. The owner replied, "ouch!" As if she was offended. I took him back one more time and my vet gave me a prescription to give him before he went to calm him down. Didn't make a difference he still was very difficult. I gave them every opportunity to decline my appointment but they didn't. I go to pick him up and I caught a lot of attitude again and was told what they did and I could tell they were pissed off. Once again I asked if they'd be willing to take him again and the owner said hesitantly, she would take him but she could only do the best she could. I had no expectations of a show dog grooming. I was always grateful and they charged me extra, $100. I had no problem with that and I made sure to tip them well. I understand their frustrations but I just wish they had been up front about turning me away instead of putting themselves and my dog through the whole frustrating situation. I have been hesitant to leave a review but I feel like if they treated me so rudely they'd do it to someone else. The whole grooming situation is very stressful for all the above. I get a lot of anxiety until I pick him up. I won't use them again. I will say they do a great job but the attitude I got was not going to fly with me again. It's a shame because it's convenient from where I work. My vet had to sedate him to trim his nails last time. So I know he's a handful. But I'd rather have my vet sedate him than him being in someone's hands who could possibly mistreat him. I'm not the only person whose dog responds this way for whatever reason. I git him from. Family who had to get rid of him because of their 4 kids. Something must have happened before I got him. If I knew how to groom a dog I'd do it myself. I don't, so finding a place he feels comfortable and trusts the groomer has been a challenge. Finding the right fit was not anything they were interested in doing.

Our Springerdoodle is 2. She looks fantastic every time we pick her up from Petitude. I highly recommend this place for quality of work and customer service.

These people love your dog and treat them like their own . They have been grooming Callie for the past 10 years. Early Times paid Petitude to groom Callie for her photo shoot.
