Showed up for our 9am appointment, and nobody is here and a sign on the door says they are closed on Fridays. Recieved multiple reminders all week via email and text message, filled out paperwork for appointment. This was a huge waste of my time, missed work and my daughter missed school for nothing. Beware making appointments here!

Please note this is NO longer Lexington Family Eye Care. They were bought out and I️ miss Lex Family Eye Care so much. I️ have called twice to follow up on my contacts, had to leave two voicemails, and never received a call back. I️ drove to the location to try to catch someone in person and their hours don't even match the website. They are only open for two and a half days. When I️ did go to my appointment they were an hour behind schedule and the front desk employees didn't show any remorse.

Dr. Gilbert was fantastic— she took the time to talk to me about my vision results the way no eye doctor has before. I really felt like she cared. This was my first time here, but I want to make her my primary optician. She and the entire staff were above and beyond! Great experience

The doctor here was fantastic! She took great credit of me, and went through all my results with me! My insurance and their office even gave me the option to skip eye dilation and pay for an extra scan so I didn't have to worry about dilating on my way home!

I love dr Gilbert!! She and her staff were so sweet and kind, and i felt very much taken care of. They even helped me correct a wrong lens prescription that i received last year! I will definitely be coming back here

I happened to be in town on vacation when I losta nose pad on my glasses. Found this store nearby and dropped in hoping to get some help. Not only were they nice to my wife and me, engaging us in conversation, but they put on two nose pads and didn’t charge us a thing. That’s the kind of service that ought to be noticed and applauded. Thanks so much!

I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is super nice,giving,caring, and friendly. And the Doctor is very well experience, also nice, and very much helping with anything you possibly need. Answered all my questions I had.
