“In December 2009 Christmas Eve, the younger versions of myself and husband walked into this store... Young nervous, and eager to elope on Christmas Day. We were met with delight then and with celebration from the staff. Everyone went above and beyond. Fast forward to Christmas 2023. Celebrating our anniversary we decided to purchase new rings. Once again they did not disappoint! Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and showed us all the pretty little rings we wanted to look at. I had to take the ring we purchased back in recently to have them fix it as a few very tiny stones came out. I was anxious over the cost, and the size of these tiny stones. Wondering if I could ever have such a lovely piece fixed. Once again the staff did not disappoint. Not only did they fix my beautiful ring, they did not charge me a thing! I had not had it very long and they made good on their promise to make their customers happy.This store over the years has become my husbands go to for all the pretty little gifts. We will forever be "The Castle" customers. Thank you for becoming our tradition!”
“In general I dislike pawning my things but when I do have to I drive out of my way to go here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They also reward customers who pawn things and get them out in a timely manner; by this I mean after picking up the items I pawned just a couple times they offered to pawn those same items for a noticeably higher price next time. It's little things like that along with the great staff that make this the only pawn shop I visit.For those interested they have a huge selection of tools and a lot of guns. A decent selection of video games and even phones/tablets that aren't just Apple. A lot of televisions and home audio as well as car audio. They really do have quite a lot of stuff at decent prices.”
