Guillermo and Scott were fantastic to work with. Both were very professional and responsive. Guillermo knew EVERYTHING about every make and model on the lot…he is an encyclopedia of Mazda knowledge! He helped me compare and contrast all of the models and trim levels so I could pick the right car for my needs. When my car was built differently than ordered (Mazda’s fault, not any fault of Paul Miller dealer), Scott and Guillermo went above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely be back to Paul Miller for my next Mazda!
