Dwayne got our RV in for servicing within 1 hour. Mike was a major help when we arrived too.
We were passing through Lexington, and we're so glad to have stopped by Paul Miller Ford for service.

Eric Rodriguez was the best salesman I’ve worked with, from first contact to end of sale. Great communication before I was on the lot with quick and straightforward negotiation during the purchasing process. Purchased a high quality used truck at a fair price

Brought my Shelby GT350 in for an oil change yesterday. Everything was seemingly going smoothly until I walked back to pick it up. I noticed the hood of my car was bowed up on the passenger side, sticking up above the fender. The tech that changed my oil left an oil jug cap on the inner fender and slammed the hood on it. Fortunately it didn’t damage anything and closed properly once I removed it. I pointed it out to the service advisor and the tech and neither seemed to care much. I’m just glad it wasn’t a tool, that would have damaged it. The technician also forgot to reset my oil life indicator, so I had to do it.
I nearly lost my mind when they told me my total. They charged me $323 for an oil change on one vehicle. My car takes 10 quarts of 5w50 oil, I know that’s a lot and it’s not cheap, but they marked the oil up almost $8/qt over retail price, charging me $20/qt. Previous oil changes were under $200 at Ford dealers with appropriately priced oil. The service advisor claims that the price of oil “went up”, but that was absurd. After I paid and got the car home, I noticed it was leaking a considerable amount of oil.
The underside of my car had oil sprayed all over it from it leaking and driving home. I looked under the car and my oil drain plug was soaked with oil and dripping. The under tray of my car was soaked as well. The tech that changed my oil clearly has no pride in his work; it was a disgusting mess. I also had to clean oily handprints off of my hood. The oil leak was not something I could wait on, so I tried to call the service department back. Called 3 or 4 times and got no answer. So I drove back to the dealer.
I explained to the service advisor, Ryan, the issue and he didn’t seem to care much about my problem, but said he’d get it on the lift and look at it. I told him I needed to be in the shop as well so I could make my own assessment and make sure they weren’t going to do something else sloppy, since I already lost my confidence in them. He said okay and waited a bit to let me go back. The technician who worked on my car, (Craig?) showed me the issues and that the oil drain plug was leaking badly.
The oil drain plug obviously hadn’t been an issue prior to my oil change considering there has never been a drop of ANY fluids under my car the entire time I’ve owned it. Ryan stood with us for a bit, silently, and just watched with his arms crossed. I asked the tech to verify the torque spec on my oil filter housing since it’s critical on my car, and he checked it for me and all was well. He said he’d get a new drain plug for the car and fill it back with new oil.
I told Ryan that I wasn’t trying to be a pain, but I work so hard to be able to have my dream car and that I just cannot have things like this happen to it. I needed it to be right. He wasn’t very responsive. He eventually turned to the technician and muttered something under his breath about taking care of “High Performance Charlie” before walking off, never to be seen again. I sat with the technician while he finished working on my car. He was kind and helpful and took care of it the way it should’ve been taken care of. He replaced the drain plug, cleaned the underside of the car, and filled the oil back and checked the oil level and showed me that it was where it needed to be.
I was sent on my way after that and never saw or heard from Ryan again. It would’ve been the right thing for him to do was check out with me, but that’s pretty on-par with most of the service I got. Afterwards, I talked to a few people I know who have used Paul Miller for their Fords, especially their performance cars and trucks, and none of them had good experiences or positive things to say.
With that, and the absurd amount they charged, I determined I won’t be back. The technician who repaired my car when I returned was great, and that was about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. Thank you Ryan and Paul Miller For

I had an issue with my diesel truck while traveling to a dog competition with 5 dogs on board. I called at 7:07 AM and was connect with Lee at the Ford Truck Service Center. He listened to my issue, my concerns about being stranded with 5 dogs and kindly said to bring the truck and he would do his best to determine the problems, if it could be fixed and advise what my options would be. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the shop, the guys had my truck in the shop and with 45 minutes had identified the problem, determined they had the parts in stock to repair it, gave me a quote and estimate. They completed the repairs within the timeframe and the estimate. But most importantly, the level of professionalism, the customer service and the general human kindness and courtesy they showed were unparalleled in today's world. I would 100000% recommend these guys to anyone and have shared my experience with every dog peer this weekend as we all travel many miles each season. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Lee and his guys at the Truck Service Center!!! Your level of service and commitment to your trade shouldn't be as rare as it is. You guys are a shinning light!

Shout out to service director Jason Roney and his technician Sammy Grimes for helping us out yesterday as we were traveling east from Chicago. Even though they were booked-up, they took us in because they knew I was officiating a wedding and needed to get there desperately. They were extremely caring and helpful and got us back on the road. Thanks to all and God’s blessings!
