Spent half a day communicating back and forth over a vehicle with a salesman. Was told he was running the numbers and would get back with me. 3 hours later I send a message asking for updates and nothing… just crickets. Guess they ended up selling the vehicle or my business wasn’t important. Oh well, maybe this will help someone decide on going down the road to the next dealership when in the market for a vehicle.

I bought a pre owned vehicle almost 2 months ago, paid cash. They told me I would get title within 4 weeks and still waiting for the title. I left messages on multiple occasions and it has been difficult to reach staff for assistance and answers. I have bought many vehicles in my life and never had such awful experience waiting for a title or poor response for answers. Very disappointing.

Drove over an hour to purchase a jeep that was posted online for 12,959. When I got there, the price was $14,500. They told me the $12,959 was a "special" price for those who finance and I had cash. The sales manager refused to budge on the price. I left but called them to see if we could decide on a fair deal and the sales manager literally screamed at me and then rudely hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Great experience! I was blessed to be able to work with MR. Robert Harris ! He made sure I got what I wanted. The one thing I noticed through the entire process was that he was going to make sure I left the lot happy and with keys to a new vehicle. I highly recommend if you go to this Lott ask for Robert Harris. He going to make sure you’re well taken care of ! Very nice and welcoming too.I also would like to recommend Sandra aka “Ms. Sandy” she was determined to make sure my needs were met. She did everything she could and it all payed off. Ask for either one of them and they will make sure you leave out happy. The team work is outstanding.

I worked with Sandra Parks and I am so happy with how everything turned out! She walked me through the whole process of my first time buying a car. She worked late and got up early and even worked the weekends. All I had to do was answer questions and she found me the perfect car and got me approved! Worst experience ever at a carlot. got a 2017 ford excape , Oct 7 took it back 3 days later for a noise, they didn't fix it, by Nov 1 the car not working properly.go back just so they can say the car has no warantry
