Been working with them since February 24 to get a motorized wheelchair for my husband. Needless to say we still don't have a chair. They never call or contact us with updates , I have contacted them so many times only to say it's Medicare. Pam the rep handling this never contacts us with updates. I think they got upset when I spoke to her supervisor now when I call it rings once then it hangs up.I would not ever recommend them and was warned not to go there in the first place. They are definitely not in business to help the disabled or handicapped ,they have made my husband feel less independent than ever by not supplying him with equipment "needed " for his independence. I am going to call Medicare to make sure a chair was not approved and not given to us, and to see if chair was even ordered in first place . There are many many other companies in our area that supply disabled chairs and we're going to purchase a chair elsewhere and I recommend going anywhere but patient aides and waiting a year without one.

Just sharing a quick experience. I’m from out of town visiting to attend our grandson baptism. I broke the frame on my CPAP mask frame night before last. Last night was not a good night. I struggled all night long. My son-in-law that works at one of the local hospitals and recommended Patient Aids. I came here to buy a brand new one. I have supplies at home but knew the frame was an awkward part so I was ready to buy the whole new setup kit. The two ladies working, the store were absolutely phenomenal and knew exactly what I was looking for when I explained what part broke. She was very knowledgeable and very kind. This is my first visit to KY. They had a frame with the strap that was a demo kit and were able to provide my immediate needs without having to get a whole new setup. WOW what a positive experience. I’ve lived in Seattle / Everett for 33 years. Now living in UT. I’ve never had such a kind experience. Thank you!!!

This place got me a wheelchair and deliver it to my door within days! Such a great place when you're in a time and need and they are wonderful people. The doctor told me they was very pleasant and helped them help me!

The respiratory therapist was very friendly. She went over all aspects of the machine and what they did, and how to adjust the settings. Left feeling very comfortable that I understood what to do.

The wheelchair - since you did not provide the leg rests and advised us we would be taking the leg rests we used at rehab - it takes quite a bit maneuvering to get them lined up! Very frustrating!

I had an appointment with Kathe re a new ResMed C-Pap machine.
(update from my previous ResMed I was using). She was very helpful in showing me how the new model works, how I can make adjustments, and who I can contact if I have any questions about my new machine or the equipment that goes with it. She is an asset to your business.
