Originally, renting here was going to be temporary for us. That was almost 5 yrs ago. We love our townhouse. Plenty of room, so convenient, great Maintenance staff, friendly office folks. It is like a park, lots of green space, beautiful landscaping, pet friendly with good walking spaces. Park Place has been a wonderful place for us to call home!

I have had a very good experience at Park Place: for example;Office Staff is available, able to answer questions and solve problems.Maintenance personnel is highly skilled, available to resolve both large and small problems and emergency situations!Every one is respectful and a task master!

I really can’t say enough positive things about Park Place and our experience living here for the past 7 years. The property managers do a wonderful job maintaining the beauty and function of the complex. With their attention to detail they have also created a clean and safe environment for everyone in our little community to enjoy - and with the cute parties and events sprinkled throughout the year, it has been incredibly easy to build connection and relationships with so many of the neighbors. I know we won’t be here forever but we cherish all the memories we’ve made along the way. ♥️

I enjoyed my time at Park Place so much that I lived there twice while transitioning to the area and buying a house. Having access to a screened in porch was a big selling point for us. The community is centrally located near a variety of businesses and during the pandemic I could walk to the grocery store and get everything I needed within a very small range of travel. Having the ability to vote on site was a bonus I hadn't expected this year as well. Thanks to the staff there for making my time there such a great experience.

We absolutely love it here at Park Place Apartments! The entire team from the front office to maintenance are all awesome! The grounds and landscape here are kept impeccable year round. It is truly like a beautiful park setting. We love taking our daily walks here and listening to the birds chirp and soaking up the wondrous array of trees and flowers throughout the grounds. We have just signed our 5-year lease and are looking very forward to another great year of living here. We highly recommend choosing Park Place Apartments as a place to live in Lexington.

I truly enjoyed living at Park Place Apartments. My apartment was spacious and the patio was my happy place. I also enjoyed all the community activities that they provided (i.e. food trucks, pool party, Christmas party, etc.). Being able to vote at the clubhouse and having an Amazon hub were great perks. Also, I loved the pool and the fitness center. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, and reasonable apartment community.

The maintenance and office staff are very kind and helpful! Micah has done several maintenance requests for me and always goes above and beyond, even if additional things need fixed. He is very friendly and always shows up quickly to fix anything. Thank you everyone for all of your help!I also enjoy the resident events that Park Place has. I’ve lived in a few other apartment complexes in the past and Park Place truly is the best! I’m thankful to live here in this beautiful setting ?

Park Place is a top apartment complex in Lexington! I love the greenery, pool area, and all the fun resident events. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are repaired in a timely manner. I can’t imagine leaving!

This is an all around first class facility. Everything is well maintained and beautiful. The maintenance staff in particular are not only well trained and experienced , but also kind and friendly to work with. They also offer excellent response times when there is an issue. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to call home.

I’ll start with the overall look of the community. The grounds are kept in outstanding shape. The landscaping is beautiful. Management does a superb job of providing cool extra benefits like food trucks, holiday-related freebies (Guinness on St Patrick’s Day, flowers and wine for Valentines, etc). We also have the opportunity as a community to donate to a needy family each year before the holidays to make sure they have winter clothes and other necessities.Maintenance is most attentive. Fridge is on the fritz? Put in a work order and boom, someone from maintenance is on it!Last December when we had that ridiculous sub-zero cold snap, our heat pump couldn’t handle it so they put us up at an extended stay hotel for a couple of nights, on the house!We lived at a so-called “luxury” apartment community for 13 years in Sarasota, FL and they never offered anywhere near the kind of benefits we get from Park Place.The Park Place management does a nice job of communicating with us in reference to large scale projects like roof replacement, and for overall community activities like the aforementioned food trucks and other goodies. For example, one morning I’m leaving for work and the property manager is standing near the exit handing out Chik-Fil-A breakfast sandwiches and orange juice.The only negative comment I have to offer is that I wish texting communication with the leasing office was more responsive. I’ve sent a couple of texts but received no response. But hey, that’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience we’ve had during our 3 years here.

One of the best places to stay at in Lexington, KY! Highly recommend! Amazing customer service, amenities and a very good community. The staff are very prompt with responding to issues and the maintenance team is quick to resolving issues if they do occur.

I’ve been so pleased with my experience living at Park Place. The leasing team was great to work with when selecting my unit and scheduling move-in. Any maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. The grounds are beautifully kept and I am proud to live here.

Park place is such a beautiful complex, with the most welcoming and Homie feel. All apartment complexes nowadays are modern and all the same but the uniqueness about park place is that it is so different. Welcoming community. Friendly neighbors. Beautiful scenery. Amazing service. Right at home!

Our ice maker quit working, so we submitted a maintenance request on Tuesday morning. Micah showed up around 2 that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue as a failed ice maker. He had a new ice maker with him and he quickly replaced both the ice maker and water control valve which solved the problem. Micah is a great maintenance man and we are glad he is on the Park Place team
