I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews; people doing their jobs don't deserve them. I wholeheartedly have to make an exception when it comes to this place. I can't speak loudly enough about how great Alan was with my dealings. Owen was nice as well but I only spoke to him the first day. Alan was absolutely amazing when it came to everything. My first time buying a car online only and it was great. I know he had customers all day but he was quick to respond via text with any questions I asked. Car was delivered straight to my house and he even helped after hours with a charging question. I would give 6 stars if possible.

I drove from Louisville Kentucky to look at a car that Paradise motorsports had for sale. A 2013 Jetta sport wagon TDI. The salesman Alan was very helpful and accommodating. There were a couple minor issues with the car that I wanted resolved, and they even let me hang out with the mechanic, Moe, and assist with the repairs so that I was confident they were done correctly before I purchased the vehicle. Would definitely recommend paradise motorsports for any used car. They also have a large collection of high-end vehicles if that is what you were looking for. It was a great buying experience for me, thanks, Alan and Moe.

This is the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. My wife Bought an 2013 Audi A6 a couple years back that has been nothing but a disaster from the start. From oil leaks to busted speakers that were hidden from them, we’ve spent more than what we paid for the car just to keep it on the road and have found numerous other issues. We were sold an already damaged vehicle. I don’t think they respect their customers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I transported a car for them and didn't do any damage. I was late in arriving because I was broken down on the road and I had to fix the truck with few resources because I am a small business starting out. Despite this, I called him every day and explained what had happened. When I delivered the car they were upset because I transported the car on a towing lift of my truck. And they tried to pay me less for this. I told them that I had photos and that the car was not damaged because I have vast experience in this business and demonstrated by years of work. Not being enough of this, they gave me a bad comment at my work and I haven't worked for more than 10 days because of this. And I called them and explained what was happening and they answered that I could have damaged the car and that's why I published it. When he judges me for what could have happened that didn't happen and if something happened my 1 million insurance would pay for the damages and he wouldn't lose anything. This is causing a father of two children who fights alone for them to have no way to support them and today I have to sell my truck because of these unprofitable people. I would think about it before doing business with them again because it is either the money or the human love that they do not have.

Buyer Beware….Bought a Mercedes from these jokers. I was a cash buyer so you’d think that would mean I was treated well….I wasn’t. Long story short, they clearly don’t know what BlueTech Technology is as it cost me $4k to fix the problem they created. The tank was bone dry, they burnt the pump and heater in the BlueTech system. Who knows how long the “salesman” drove this vehicle with zero fluid. The lid was corroded when I went to add Blue-Def. I understand I bought the car “As-Is”….As-Is to me means, maintained while in their possession, it wasn’t.Don’t buy from this place.

More than please with these guys. I bought a used car ( as is) after a while I notice the brake bads and rotors needed to be replaced, I got an estimate for two different shops and I was going to pay over 800 dollars, I called the dealership and the gentleman told me to bring it in, he ended up replacing everything plus fixing a small issue with the trunk and the washer fluids at 0 charge. Will definitely come back in the future and referr any family members and friends to them.. 5 starts
