While they didn't have the part, they had no issue giving me a very similar part for free to try. They even made recommendations on other places to try; the customer service was fantastic. Recently, I considered custom curtains for one of my large windows. I was thrilled to work with Becky Jent (interior designer) who came to my home, listened to what I thought I wanted, presented me with options, and provided me with a detailed quote. I loved working with her every step of the way. I, ultimately, decided to change my hardware and have it installed professionally. I was thrilled to learn that Perspectives would provide that service as well! Jeff and Daniel came to my home and did an amazing job of removing my existing hardware, patched the holes remaining, and installed the hardware.
