The employees stand behind the cash register scrolling on their phones or gossiping about drinking/doing drugs instead of helping or greeting customers. They will ignore you at all costs and when you go to check out they act so inconvenienced by your presence. The store also has a 70% off sign outside and when you ask employees which items are included they’ll tell you anything off the back wall. If you grab something off the back wall and go to checkout they’ll ring it up full price and tell you you’re getting the discount. Everything’s overpriced and don’t even bother trying to get a fitting room, the employees will do everything in their power to make sure they don’t have to help you. Get a new staff or some real adults in here PLEASE.

The girls that work there at so nasty and rude. I walked in and they started snickering in the corner. I really don’t weight that much only about 140-145lbs. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, you can smell the entitlement when you wake in.

Many retailers give you 30 days to return an item for a full refund after Christmas even if you bought it on Black Friday, but PacSun does not. Last year I bought a Christmas gift here on Black Friday (Nov. 23 2018) for my wife. She didn’t like the style and wanted to return it and purchase a different item somewhere else. We were there only a few days after Christmas but we were told since it was purchased more then 30 days ago, we couldn’t get a refund. Black Friday is primarily for purchasing Christmas gifts and if the gift can’t be returned at least 30 days after Christmas, the store has unfriendly customer policies in my book.

Don't expect to buy anything online and be able to return it. Don't expect to be able to order things in store either. Also don't expect to be able to get on the phone with customer service for hours. Expect to have to pay shipping on online returns. Expect no sizing charts when ordering online. Expect to not be given tracking numbers if ordering in store.

Went in on Saturday, 5/25/19, looking for a new swim suit. Would have been really cool if the staff wasn't throwing security tags around while putting things away and I could have shopped without large tags whizzing past me and my 10 month old in her stroller. Left without saying anything in fear of going off on them for possibly hitting my baby. Also, no one said a word to us as we entered or left the store, even when a security tag flew right past my face. Get staff that knows better than to throw things around babies. ✌

Nicole, I am so sorry to hear about your experience at the store this past week. I am a manager and am upset that you were treated in that manner. I bought a bunch of swimwear online and none of it fit so I tried to return it to this store (according to Pacsun's return policy). The manager told me I had to go online and return it online but I said it would charge me $7 to return it and I had already made a special trip into the store. The girl with blue hair working the register gave the biggest eye roll like I was being super ridiculous and then proceeded to argue with me about how fast I can get my money back, but I was already in store so I just wanted to return it. Then she rudely took the bag dumped it all out like it disgusted her that she had to return 8-10 items and then when she saw alot of the swimwear I had purchased was $5/item she was even more annoyed and rude. She continued to be extremely rude to me but when her friend came into the store she was super friendly and pleasant even when that girl (not an employee) walked behind the counter to put a pair of pants back there for them to hold. If you have a return to this store be prepared to get unprofessional service and to be treated extremely rudely by the girl. I won't be buying things from Pacsun online again because of the unprofessionalism of this store should I need to return items.
