DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.I ordered >250$ of flowers on 10/23 to be delivered on 10/27 for my proposal. I received an email order confirmation and no other forms of communication.10/27 comes by and no flowers were delivered. I called the store on 10/28. They said they called and emailed me on 10/23, but I received no calls/ emails from them based on my call log and email records…

My husband and I had finished dinner at Bear and the Butcher and were walking down Euclid when we passed Orams, they had a beautiful bucket of roses outside. I just want to say thank you. That was an amazing surprise. Genuinely nice folks!

So pleased with the service and my order that I received today. I called from out of state to have a plant delivered to my friend who was retiring. Luckily I looked on the website first to discover that they have a basket with Africa Violets so she could have something long lasting. Ordering over the phone was quick and it was explained that if they didn't have purple (like the online picture) they would provide another color but that they did have that in stock. I called around 9 am and the flowers were delivered about a couple hours later. I was not expecting that! They arrived as shown in the pic online and my friend was surprised. Thank you for making her day and making the process of ordering flowers easy!

My wife was in Lexington on our 42nd anniversary helping her mother. I went online and ordered flowers to have them delivered. I wanted to surprise her so I didn’t tell her they were coming. When they were delivered they were not home. I received a call that they couldn’t get in contact with my wife. They left them in a safe place and contacted me. I called my wife and they went home and got the flowers. The flowers were exactly as advertised. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend flowers from Oram’s.

I was desperate to have flowers delivered to my step-daughter on her 21st Birthday. Two companies cancelled my order by mid day. I later found out they were not the local florist I thought I was calling. I called Oram and Amber answered the phone. I told her the predicament I was in and was he was quick to help me. A few hours later my step-daughter sent me a "Thank you". I am so grateful for Amber and her assistance.
