Still waiting for my order (it has been over 2 weeks) and they will not respond to my emails. I called and a man name bow put me on hold and never picked up again.Edit: emailed again and still no response. The guy who left me on hold said he was the manager named Bo or Bow. Rude owner apparently too

I was having trouble finding a product and I reached out to the team at Oneness Boutique, and they took exceptional care to help me out. The owner of the shop even got involved directly to lend me a hand. They went above and beyond to help me out when they absolutely did not have to, and I will be forever grateful. Wonderful people, great service, & fast shipping. This is how loyalty is developed. I cannot wait to shop with them again and again.

I'm uncertain about the reason behind this store's low rating. Upon my visit, my expectations of disappointment were pleasantly disproven as I was warmly welcomed by highly knowledgeable and amiable staff. This establishment has proudly served the community for over a decade, offering an array of niche fashion apparel and accessories for retail. The professionalism of the staff members was truly commendable. I found the selection of products, including items from renowned brands such as Junya Watanabe, Rhude, CDG Homme, and many others, to be exceedingly satisfactory. Without a doubt, I plan to return in the future.

People are right! They will randomly cancel your order. I purposely didn’t go for a sneaker drop through Nike SNKRS because I got the sneaker through this trash store online. And then they cancelled my order the next day. Now the shoe is sold out and I can’t get it anywhere.

delivery and order process could have been faster...over all, I received my pack... all in tact .. may order again, idk I paid a load in shipping. I'm in NY, I could filled my tank and made a trip of it for the same cost in gas...and would've gotten it in under 3 weeks

As a decade long customer, ONENESS has come a long way and is still growing! Top spot in Lexington area to grab the latest sneaker/shoe releases. They also have clothing brands from your favorite designers as well as Nike, adidas, Jordan, NB, etc... Staff in-store is welcoming and friendly as well as able to ask and answer questions when needed. Would recommend to friends, family as well as anyone looking to get some new "drip". They also have another location in Louisville as well as a website to order online!

Oneness is an amazing boutique with a friendly staff, a wonderful selection of sneakers and clothing, and an awesome website. I ordered some items online and they were shipped out a couple of hours later. Please stop by or visit the website!

I ordered a Nike mini backpack with a matching Fanny pack....my first issue is that they charged $30 dollars to ship those two things that probably weigh less than 4lbs together. It then took them 12 days to ship it. They only shipped it when I sent an email complaining. Once it shipped, it was delivered two days later in a box that was open. I'm surprised my bags were still in there. They secured the box with a single piece of tape that obviously didn't survive the ride.
