I bought something and thry still took care of my problem with my rewards because I was a member no receipt no problem.

Staff is always patient and I find neat stuff. Expected my last haul to be about $40 and it was only $23. Just beware their checkout process is slow and the store is VERY full-- not a shopping experience for everyone
