Old Kentucky Chocolates is a great place to visit when your sweet tooth starts calling your name. They have a wide variety of truffles, milk, and dark chocolate items. (Yes, they have white chocolate too but let's be honest: that stuff is an abomination.) They typically have samples available of seasonal items.
The staff here are always friendly and eager to help you choose a great treat.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids although it may be difficult to get out without buying them something.

My FAVORITE candy store. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to let you sample out of the case to ensure you’re happy with what you’re buying. Huge fan of milk lemon cremes! Excellent selection!!

We just had the pleasure of being assisted by Victoria! Even though the store was about to close she was ever so friendly, kind and helpful. While picking out our variety box, a rather snippy customer was ranting about there not being a public restroom, meanwhile Victoria attempted to assist the lady to where she could find one. The lady who was nothing but nasty toward the young lady working, left yelling and Victoria remained calm and reassured the lady she was sorry for the inconvenience. None the less, Victoria was a pleasure! Will return off of the customer service alone, not to mention the chocolate is amazing!
