I’ve been doing business with Lowells for over 20 years. They always do what they say they are going do and they don’t nickel and dime you. They give an honest assessment and an honest repair. I absolutely recommend these guys to anybody who needs to have their car looked at bc again they are honest and fair. That’s 2 of the the best qualities you could have. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!!!”

“Done good job on my new tires installation.Liked the process, could track the process on the Walmart app. There was a mishap on the scheduling where it got cancelled automatically on the morning of my scheduled installation but the desk attendant has been helpful in honoring my order original booking time. “My tire picked up a large bolt as I was driving home. Fortunately, I was very close to Ken Towery on Leestown Road in Lexington, Kentucky. They looked at my tire immediately and repaired it and a very timely manner. They drove the car before turning it back over to me to make sure my tire was performing well. They were so courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them.”
“Great experience. My car battery died after only a few months in the vehicle. After trying to restore it / recharge it /etc it was obvious that i was going to have replace it. I went back to the walmart i had bought it from and they honored the battery replacement warrenty and had me out of there quickly.”
