“I always read the worst reviews first. It seems that the 1* reviews are mostly down to the customer rather than the company.
Stone was wrong size (why not bring a sample for comparison) , there was a delivery charge ( well duh!!!), their hours didn’t suit me etc. etc.
I have only been the once and I bought a few pieces of rock to landscape a raised bed. Cost was less than $40 but they were extremely polite and helpful. I think some folks are never satisfied. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I live in Nicholasville and I rented a garden tiller from this store and have for the past 3 years .When I got their I had rented the wrong tiller online. They were accommodating and got me the one I needed. Because of this they had to spend time to clean out the debris from the tines because the previous customer did not. They started my rental time from when I left the store. After getting home I got part way through my project and the tiller busted. Do to an already damaged handle. I called the store and they said I could swap it out with another one. When I got the tiller back to the store I pointed out the damage that was not my fault and told them I didn’t have the time to swap out the tiller I was done for the day. I didn’t want to spend more time and gas to drive back into Lexington to return a substitute tiller. Without me asking my bill was adjusted. This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will continue to shop and rent from this store. Thank you to the three men in equipment rentals that helped me.”

“They are great! After a terrible experience at Lowe’s in Mt Sterling, I ordered my other air conditioner at Home Depot in Lexington. They are great. Order arrived on time and had it waiting on me when I arrived and loaded it in my car. Skip Lowe’s and go to a great store!”
