Misleading & inconsiderate. I asked if they had a cream sofa in stock in performance fabric, they said yes, I drove all the way out there only to find out it was medium gray … “well, it’s a neutral” the guy I’d spoken to said, and turned and left me. A nice young girl apologized and took my number in case any came in.

I loved shopping here and Justin was very nice and helpful. We are trying to downsize and just need a few pieces. The store was lovely and the displayed items to die for and very beautiful. I took pictures of some items that were especially stunning. I would consider the black leather chair since obviously the leather and style are high quality. I love the accessories in the store. Nice venue to shop and nice folk inside the store.

I was totally stunned with the service I received from the staff at Norwalk Furniture and Design. They walked me through every step of the process from beginning to end. They came to my house to measure and assess what furniture would fit in the area and meet my families needs. I had no idea they would help design such a perfect space! I have never gotten such good service at a furniture store before. I would highly recommend Norwalk for your future furniture needs.

I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had with Norwalk. First, I'll start with the furniture. I have 4 sons and they are so hard on furniture. I had basically given up hope of having nice things until I found out about the Revolution fabric that can used on the gorgeous Norwalk furniture. I was brave and ordered a cream couch and I absolutely love it. Three days after I got the couch, my youngest wrote on it with a dry erase marker. I washed the cushion cover and the marker was gone!! I couldn't believe it. Second, I want to talk about the design services. Kellie came in and gave me a plan for my room. She helped me pick out chairs and an ottoman that go with my couch. She helped me devise a long term plan for the space that I can do over time to end up with a room that I will love and fits the needs of my family. I am not good at picking out furniture or designing a room and the fact that this came with my furniture purchase at no extra charge was fantastic. I am already looking forward to having Norwalk come back out and help me with my next room. I highly recommend Norwalk. The customer service and quality of the furniture cannot be beat!

Kind, knowledgeable and very helpful staff! However, for the price, I expected much better quality. We have a sofa from Ashley Furniture which is used more frequently, has held up better (and is 4 years older).

Incredible is all I can say. Phillip transformed my parents home and I was speechless when I saw his creation for the first time. He fulfilled my mother’s dreams on what she didn’t think was possible. I’ve been in many of Phillip’s homes and they are each as beautiful as the next once he’s done with them. I couldn’t more highly recommend a company and an expert who is passionate and a genius at what he does. I could go on and on, but just let me say, if you want the absolute best, Norwalk and it’s staff are the absolute best.
