They were very nice to me at NBAS, but I will not be returning here to purchase a car. I've had to do alot of work to my car, & still am. I'm very unsatisfied I like the car, it looks good, low miles, no dents, or rust but the fact it has all these issues is ridiculous. If your a single mom, you would think the safety should be about you & you're kids, would be their top priority but I guess I was wrong. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!!!!

So, I have heard mixed tales about this place for years, typically all along the lines of " all the vehicles are junk, been wrecked and fixed poorly, in the verge of transmission and engine going bad, a million miles, and so on. A few days ago , I gave someone a ride there to look at a certain.car and was walking around out of boredom. A guy came and greeted me, was friendly didn't pressure me, and soon after I left. the next day the engine went out of my car and I wanted something for a second car or work vehicle and went to talk to them and they suggested this Hyundai Tucson limited . it's like s brand new car only 92,000 miles on a 2007, no lights on the dash, interior and exterior perfect, even had the window sticker with owners manual . my mechanic looked it over and said the engine was like s brand new one. i'm extremely happy and can personally verify they DO have good quality low mileage cars if you can pay s decent down payment and you have been on your job awhile and pay your rent of mortgage on time . No complains heré

My mom went here alone and they sold her a lemon. When she took it back because it had major issues the salesperson cussed her out and called her a liar. They took advantage of her because she was a woman buying a car alone. She kept wanting to pick a different car when she first went to buy a car but they insisted putting her in the POS they sold her. THIS IS THE LAST PLACE ANYONE SHOULD GO TO BUY A CAR!!!!!! I haven't heard a good thing about this business from anyone.

This place is a ripoff. They sell nothing but junk. They take your money all on telling lies just to make a sale. They don't care about their customers. I'm telling everyone I know that NBAS is nothing but a slumlord of the used car industry in this area.

The manager and “speedy” got me a decent truck lined up and unfortunately the trans went out. They offered to repair the trans out of their pocket, and we ended up settling on a refund. They were nice and customer service was good. It was just unfortunate that the mechanics went out, but had an overall good experience.

Had the vehicle I was looking for. Disappointed that they hadn't checked out the vehicle some mechanical problems that had they took the time to look at would have been easily seen such as speedometer not working neither was odometer not working and hadn't been for sometime could tell by the extremely low mileage
