Nick Ratliff is an exceptional realtor! From our initial visit, he was very detailed with the process and expectations to sell our house. He looked everything over, top to bottom, and made quality recommendations prior to listing (that paid off big!). His communication throughout was greatly appreciated, I will definitely work with Nick again when the time comes!

Jalen was our realtor for the buying of our home, he did such an outstanding job that we used him to help us sell it also. Jalen was an amazing agent he really went to bat for us when negotiating the selling of our home. He suggested things we didn’t even know we could ask for, which resulted in our house going under contract after just one day on the market and for selling over asking price. 10 out of 10, I can not recommend Jalen enough.

Troy Trayner did an excellent job. My wife and I are moving from Indiana so my time was limited on viewing times. Troy worked around my schedule and found times for viewings even if later than normal. I also ran into some lending issues and he found the right guy to get it done and done on time. Knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He gave me an honest opinion on each home we saw and his patience is impeccable as I was a bit picky on the home. Troy helped us find our new home in a new state. Highly recommend.
