Every once in awhile you come across businesses that remind you, although shopping online is easy and convenient... GETTING OUT & supporting local businesses, & local business owners, it just feels good.First time I ever went in there I recall walking out and saying to myself man that dude was nice... A few months later I went back in there just to get a drink... I don't know these people... But I'm a people person and the girl was stoked just to help me make sure I knew about several alternatives which is why I went in there in the first place... And I said something... Just a brief compliment that this was a crazy awesome second impression.... Number three is why I'm on Google right now leaving some random novel of a review...These people set the standard of how to earn repeat business... This is where I go now.

Upon walking in to Next Level Fitness I was immediately greeted by Blake, the store Manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Later that night, I received a message from Sean & Amy, the owners of the store. They sent a personalized message thanking me for my business. It’s nice to have a business that truly appreciates their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure their customers know. I would recommend Next Level Fitness (5 star)

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is well maintained. Also really enjoy they reach out to you after you make purchases to answer questions or concerns. Just wish we had one in Danville.

*SUPPORT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESSES!*Skip GNC,I went to purchase some Cardarine and DMAA Pre-Workout, the Cardarine is amazing, and the DMAA Pre-Workout is fantastic as well. But it goes further than that.However if you'd really like to know why this place is great, read below.I was dissatisfied with the DMAA Pre-Workout as it was clumpy; however the owners reached out to me and informed me that typically due to the ingredients this Pre-Workout is likely always going to be clumpy, but still offered me a product replacement for it, even though I had opened it and tried a scoop.I walked in and was greeted by the manager, great guy btw. I told him why I was there and let me try and pick a new one, however they were all clumpy. He told me the reason why and it made sense. Even then he still offered to give me a new one. However I didn't want to give them an open product back in place for a new one.I rarely leave reviews, however they deserve it. 10 out of 5 stars.

Very nice place. Great prices in comparison to their competitors. The employee made a recommendation for some protein powder and I kid you not it’s the best one I’ve had on all levels of taste and quality of protein. Signed me up as a new member and I got a free t-shirt and a shaker. Highly recommend them.

I work next door and frequent the Tates creek location almost daily. Everyone is always more than helpful. Blake has always been absolutely exceptional, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I ever have. Very knowledgeable and great at giving advice or recommendations whenever I need it. Jake and Lauren also very friendly. Props to everyone at this location!!!

The Staff at Next Level was so helpful and knowledgeable! I had never been there before and the gentleman that helped me was able to tell me how all the products I purchased would help me and was able to give great recommendations! The owners also reached out to me offering guidance on my wellness journey. I can not wait to go back!!

The staff was amazing and helpful. This is perfect if you’re new to the fitness world or if you’re experienced. If you need to know the difference between products, they’ll happily explain it so you know everything. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the higher priced product. It really was about finding the product that I came to try but narrowing it down to the better option for results. I also got a free shaker with my purchase and the owners personally reached out to me the day after my purchase! Give them a try and see for yourself!

Best supplement shop I’ve been too. Wide range of different lines of pre-workouts and other supplements. Blake was very informative and helped me to find a great new pre-workout I hadn’t tried before. Highly recommend this place!

Next Level has a great selection of protein powder and the staff are very helpful in steering you in the right direction towards what tastes good. I got the Nutristat peanut butter and chocolate protein powder and was not disappointed. The woman behind the counter also let me take home a sample of blueberry muffin and key lime pie. The key lime pie was excellent as well. If you need protein powder this is the place to go!
