I have been doing business with this location for 8 years now and have never had a negative experience. My company provides vouchers for all employees to get safety footwear (e.g. steel-toe boots) from this location. Must admit that I was a little concerned when I learned that we were limited to the single location. After my first visit, any concerns were gone. Not only do they have a great selection of both safety and regular footwear, they have a large, ever-changing selection of significantly discounted Clearance options in the middle of the store. Anytime they did not have exactly what I was looking for, they ordered it for me and notified me upon arrival. The prices are at least competitive, if not cheaper than most other options. Never have had any employee complain about selection, price or service. We also provide vouchers from National Workwear for inclement weather gear for certain positions, and have had the same positive results. Really don't see how they could have the negative reviews that I've seen here, as my experiences have been great! I have no problem suggesting this location to other individuals and companies and will continue to do business with them as long as possible.

I ordered some clothing on February 12th and still have not gotten a tracking number. on the website it still says status is "picking". I have wrote an email to get an update on the status of my order and it has been 2 days since and they still have not responded. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I would say customer service is horrible, but I'm not sure that they actually have customer service since I haven't heard back.

This was a waste of time to make a stop here. Only had one pair of medium scrub pants on the rack. Very limited to choose from in any size. Waited 10 minutes for a group of people talking to acknowledge that we were standing there to ask for help. Was never acknowledged but made eye contact several times. We walked out and now going somewhere else to buy scrubs.

I went to shop for new boots and the customer service was terrible. Their worker stood nearby staring at us as we where shopping and never offered any help. Maybe he thought we were shoplifters. If that's how they treat everyone, they should lock the doors and sell strictly online. Anyway, I found a couple a different boots and ask him for my size. He looked as if I was bothering him and acted that way when he went to retrieve the boots. Didn't have my size and never offered any alternatives or ask if I'd like to order. As I was leaving, those at the main desk never offered any help or ask if we found what we were looking for. I'll spend my money elsewhere and never shop there again.

Great service today in Lexington, KY and amazing sale prices on some steel toe boots! If I had the funds I would have bought 2 of the pair I found!

Placed my order, got an email that said to expect a status update in 24-48 business hours. Six days later, no email. I called and was told they would send me the status. Received email that said my coat was on back order. Would I like a substitute. I replied no, send me a refund. Two days later I received the coat after I had already purchased another. Sent coat back to them. Was received by them on 11/30 and still no refund along with no response to the emails I’ve sent. Terrible customer service.
