Don’t count on this “ Helpful” crew to come out of the store to help a customer. It was a very light drizzle so this crew didn’t feel like helping out a customer in need .

Everyone makes mistakes and anyone can have a bad day. To me it's not always about what happened that I didn't like, but if someone done something to make it right and I spoke with Andrew the district manager for the store and you made me feel like the most important customer he has ever had and I just want to say thank you for that. The parts are affordable the services good and if by chance something is wrong they will fix it. So before you post a comment give them the opportunity because He literally made me feel like Napa Queen for the day ???

helpful knowledgeable clerks and sometimes they can't get certain things which is understandable due to the shipping issues everywhere..but they try their best to find what you need
