I used Mr. Suds twice and I will never use their laundromat ever again. The 1st time I came in with 5 loads of laundry. One of the double load washers I used left clorax stains on 5 of my tops and 2 pairs of pants. I thought the previous person must of used too much clorax and that was why my clothes were ruined. I mentioned this to the manager and an employee. They just stood there and stared. No offer of I am sorry that happened. Absolutely no comment and I never expected them to pay for my ruined clothes. I had to beg the employee to run the machine thru again so no one else would have their clothes ruined. My second visit 2 items were ruined because black from the dryer melted into my clothing. Again no concern at all by the manager. I highly recommend the laundromat in Crossroads Shopping Center on Reynolds Road. The manager inspects all machines after use to insure they r clean and no leftover clorax or detergent is left behind. She is very helpful and showed me on my 1st visit how to save money combining loads. U will pay $3 to $5 more for 5 loads but it is so worth it. I have gone there 4 times with no damaged clothing.

I took 2 large comforters to be washed by the staff. I had never used the service before dropping off my very expensive comforter still had a stain on it. Plus there were tiny black hairs all over it. And the other one did not smell like it had been cleaned. I would expect after paying $57.00 for both they would be professionally cleaned. I will not be using this service again

A fire extinguisher fell & accidentally went off in a rental home. Mr. Suds picked up our clothes & bedding, washed & cleaned everything to perfection & returned it all in one day! So helpful & professional. Highly recommend.

If you have to use a laundromat, this is a good choice. I can't add more than what has already been said. Sometimes, you have to do what you have to you do. This is one of those things.94

Mr. Suds is the best laundromat in town! I'm a massage therapist, and spend A LOT of time here. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the display of plants makes it super cozy. Mark, is one of my favorite employees, he really goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. The machines here lock, so you can run errands while your clothes wash! They also offer drop off service as well. Highly recommend!
