“This Boost location took Customer Service to a new level! My phone hadn't worked(dropped calls/no to little data) probably for 3wks. I called 611 everyday with ZERO real help(power off phone, airplane mode, chk for updates). I went into the store VERY upset, the owner took my frustration serious. He called a manager got my coverage changed, went back next day telling him it's still not working properly. He GIVES me a NEW phone to TRY & see if my service got better. After 2 days they provided me with a NEW phone & I haven't had 1 issue since. They have reached out to make sure everything's still working. If you need a retail location that cares about their customer, please visit! They also have some great accessories for IPhone & Androids.”

We stopped at a different location and proceeded to tell the guy what we wanted for our up grades as he was explaining the prices and billing. He said he would check to see what he had available in back and was gone for a few minutes. He returned with higher gb phones, not in colors we had chosen and said this was our options at higher cost. Also said we would have to take phones home to transfer and then bring old phone back to get trade in. We did not do our upgrade there and left.
As we were leaving we called AT&T store in the Fayette mall and spoke to Harley add asked if she had what we were looking for. Harley said she had what we needed. When we arrived here we were greeted and immediately began all the necessary information to have the phones we asked about. Harley was knowledgeable and quick to get us checked out and started transferring our old phones to the new ones. Harley and her associate was a great improvement form the other store we visited. Harley C. and Travis (I think was his name) are awesome people to do business with and a asset to AT&T.”

Having Angel (that is her name) help me really made a difference. I'm not sure if Straighttalk has customer service anymore but thanks to Angel, I'm now with Boost Mobile.”

So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t make my payment on it’s due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I could’ve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that I’m able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I can’t make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. That’s all.”
“I chose 4 star because there was a mishap with receiving a defective battery from Apple which required that I make a 2nd trip to the store, but KEEP READING. This store is a perfect example of how an issue should be handled. Both individuals were professional and explained the situation in detail so that I knew what was happening. A 2nd battery was ordered, they expedited its replacement, and contacted me when it was ready for pickup so I didn't have to make a 3rd trip to the store (I live 35 miles away in another town). Beyond this mishap, the team was also very personable and I felt like a customer and not just a "number". Great overall experience despite the small issue.”
