I had to share with everyone what a great experience I had with this Merro Store. I went to this store last night around 6:30 and purchased a new phone. There was a problem with the sim card which even after the store had closed Mo stayed till 8:00 pm, working hard to fix the problem! Don't go anywhere else for your phone needs by far the best store ever especially the employees!

"A Whole New World" of Crooks. Mr ALLADIN is a total crook. A liar. He says that he could not exchange my phone. He lied when I signed up saying that the case was "free." He then asked me if I wanted to sell my old iPhone 6sPlus. He said what if I give you the case for free. What a crook. Please dont go there or ANY METRO BY T-MOBILE authorized dealer. They are not franchisees for T Mobile. The actual company is AGZ Wireless. Metro is a scam. The get your money. But if you don't like the phone or if it is broken, you can NOT get a refund for the service you paid for that you cannot use. CROOK!!! I reported him to T Mobile. Oh, he also told me that he pays "FULL RETAIL PRICE FOR EVERY PHONE HE SELLS" Really? What a bad business model that you have to pay full retail when you are a dealer. See, he is a LIAR!!!! He showed me a paper that showed the retail price, but it did not say what he paid. HE IS A LIAR!!!! Please people, check out what they are doing before you go there. They are taking money from people who dont have a lot to give. He doesn't care as long as he gets his payment from T Mobile for starting a service. That is his business model. I asked him if he owns the store, you could just exchange the phone as a customer service retention, he said that was Illegal and could not do it.!!!!! A COMPLETE LIAR AND CROOK.

BEWARE!!! I bought 3 phones and signed up for 4 lines of service at this location. I was overcharged $20 per phone AND charged an additional $50 for each phone for "protection bundle". When I asked what I was paying for I was told a case, screen protector, and first month's insurance. Wrong! It did not include insurance and the store was out of cases. I asked that the charge be removed and was told only the manager or the owner could do that. Of course neither were available. I called back 3 days later and was assured the owner would call me that day. Nope! I called again today and finally received a call back from the manager. When I told her I wanted a refund she said, "That ain't going to happen." When I said I wanted the owner to contact me I was told he does not speak to customers. Not all Metro PCS stores are owned by the same franchise. I wish I had selected a different store.

Fantastic seats for $9.00 if you order in advance. Free parking. Nifty promotions. And energetic young players who lack make up with enthusiasm what they lack in big salaries. ☆☆☆☆☆
