Picked up my son’s vehicle this morning in Lexington, over in the Hamburg area, and took it to Tonys auto service for me. The guy was professional and nice. They made it out pretty quick. As a business owner, I appreciate the fast and professional service. Highly recommend!

Garbage people. Towed 30 cars from a parking lot with no signs that you can’t park there or that you will be towed. Got out of dinner and had to walk another 30 minutes to the tow place. Money grabber that don’t give the slightest care about peoples lives, they just want money.

I live in a complex that's "monitored" (I use that term lightly) by Metro. For 3 plus years I have called about people using our parking lot for a convenient pick-up for their kids getting out of school. They block the drive so tenants can not either leave for work or come home from work. I am always told that they never have anyone available after first being asked if I'm Maggi (That shouldn't matter). I have seen the tow truck a total of 6 times in 3 years. Today, I come outside to go to my van. GONE! All of a sudden, they decide to tow my van for 7 days expired tags. That was never in their list of "to do's" before. It was never disclosed to my husband or me. I had it parked on PRIVATE PROPERTY until I could get downtown to handle it. We called the police... no help. We called metro. We were handled extremely badly on the phone by the woman who answered. She couldn't answer any of our questions with any degree of satisfaction as to why we're lied to EVERY TIME we call. They are a distasteful bunch of pirates that prey on people who are in tight times. My recommendation is to never enter into a contract with these thieves that keep changing the rules to serve themselves better.

They are the worst, they don't care if they leave families without a ride at 1 am or care about situations or anything. God don't like ugly towing is a job but ur still human I hope you all get what you reep when being inhumane.....
