I recently switched over to Meijer pharmacy from having to use other pharmacy chains in the same area because of insurance and the inconsistencies from the other retail chains in Hamburg. This was the absolute best decision I have made. The pharmacists Tarang and Dana are phenomenal, they made the transfer process so easy and it was quick. They were kind to me and they explained the whole process with transfers and insurance, etc. with me calmly. I'm happy I'm getting all my stuff at one place now and glad I found a place I am finally happy with!!!!

For many years we have used this pharmacy because of its location, however, we have noticed that over the past months they are out of many medications and the staff that clears your order acts as tho they do not want to be there at all and have poor customer service skills. Results:new pharmacy coming.

This incredible pharmacy has gone above and beyond for me so many times. I have had a few hiccups with prescriptions being sent over correctly and every single employee at this location has taken time away from what they were doing to help me and make sure I had what I needed. They're kind, patient, helpful people who see you as a human being and not just a transaction. I had a medication prescribed that wasn't covered and multiple people paused to help me find a discount from the manufacturer and apply it to my prescription to ensure I had the medicine I needed. In a world where treating people as whole people is less and less likely, this pharmacy reminds me that there are still kindhearted people out there who simply want to help others. Big shout out to Josie, who spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to help me get a medication down to an affordable price. Y'all are incredible and I am very grateful for your dedication and kindness! I never thought I would be loyal to a pharmacy, but you'll never get me to go anywhere else.

Awesome pharmacy and staff. My family and I recently started doing business with Meijer - Hamburg pharmacy, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Both pharmacists, Tyler and Dana as well as the whole staff are always more than helpful!

Worst pharmacy, I went to pick up a simple medication and initially, they made me pay a lot. When I realized something was wrong, I went back and asked them whether they ran through my insurance. The person over tried to brush off saying it went fine. But when I insisted saying it was my first time, he cross checked again and made me wait for a long time and he refunded in cash. I had used my flex account and they were like they can’t refund there. They should at least ask for insurance info when the customer is there for first time. And I may have to speak with my flex account people what happened. Just too much trouble for a simple medication.

I didn't fill a prescription, but I needed supplies for administrating and adjusting doses of medicine. The shelves were really bare. When I double checked with employees, they gave me the what's out is all we have speech. This may be a pandemic thing, but don't let yourself run out of anything.

Terrible. 1 employee at self check outs which had a long line, not his fault. And only 2 cashiers to check others out. Utterly ridiculous.

The butcher at this Lexington location made my day today! Love those TBones and the butcher went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I’ve shopped at this location and find the employees there most helpful and kind and the employees have built my appreciation and loyalty. Thank you !
