Worst attitudes after THEY make the mistakes. And, there are ALWAYS, ALWAYS mistakes! Literally, EVERY month.Fortunately, I was informed (12/19/23 @ 1:03p) by the girl with dark hair, just getting back from lunch, without a name tag, that there are many other pharmacies to choose from. She’s absolutely right!Today’s mistake was not including one of my prescriptions Benton said was actually ready so, I had to drive alllll the way back to get it, 25min of my life I’ll never get back. Another script was out of stock. When I asked Benton if the other Meijer had it, she said she didn’t know and I’d need to contact them and also have a new script sent over to that Meijer. She was nice enough, though. However, there is one guy there, Will, I think? He wears glasses, super nice. He has actually contacted the other Meijer pharmacy when this happened previously and I went and picked it up there. There was also a nice lady when John someone didn’t fill my order in one of my twice-in-a-day trips, a month or two ago, it was closing time and I was late for something because it took 40min to get filled (after being there for at least 30min earlier that afternoon). Anyway, she was nice.I think I’ve been spoiled by customer service and I’ve dreaded changing pharmacies out of concern for mistakes. But, I had the out of stock script they didn’t fill sent elsewhere, it was in stock, insurance went through (I usually end up paying for this script, too!), they were nice and, easy peasy!I think this pharmacy would benefit from the use of secret shoppers consistently for just a handful of meds and 2 refills worth oughtta do it! They’ll see real quick what people are dealing with. They should mirror the cashier’s attitude and ask things like why a med wasn’t filled or say that you’ve been waiting for 35min and need to get to work, or really ANY question (I’ve asked all of these at some point prior to today). We should all be kind and understanding. Mistakes happen. I have no issue with that part. However, at LEAST don’t give ME the attitude when I drive all the way back after someone else makes the mistake. After all that today, I spoke up that this is THE WORST PHARMACY and the brown haired girl without a name tag actually told me Merry Christmas not just that there are other pharmacies! So sweet and a total win because I never would’ve known that Lexington had more than one pharmacy had I not needed to turn around for the meds I was told were in the bag! Thanks guys! Happy Holidays!

Pretty good, sometimes the lines are long and the pharmacists seem frustrated, but they are generally polite and helpful.

Neither script was ready. I drove almost an hour to get there. Was told via email that they were ready.

I am very unhappy that the pharmacy does not automatically shop your medications through different prescription discount cards (good rx, single care, etc.) for you. If you do not remind them, they automatically run it through your insurance. It should be their responsibility to the patients to find the most affordable prescriptions available. Very disappointing. The staff is friendly enough. I just don't care for their practices.

Love this pharmacy. I’m from a small town that the local pharmacy new everyone. Not only am I made to feel the same small town feel, they go out of there way to help me find best discount codes on my meds (no insurance) It’s warming to be greeted by name. Pharmacist Sharon I’d vote best of lex. She has a kind heart, listens to you no matter the question. And never makes you feel rushed even if she’s doing something else she puts the customer first.

A great pharmacy! They get you in and out pretty fast if your prescription is ready. They've also got over the counter medicines. They have vitamins and workout protein as well.

I’m so glad I started coming here. They are quick, friendly, efficient, and professional. There has never been an issue with any of my prescriptions, and I’ve gotten vaccines easily as well. I like the deals with mperks, but the pharmacists and techs are what make this pharmacy so good.

I am a very grateful for the ladies and gentlemen here. They are a credit to their profession 100%. If you are a veteran suffering from PTSD and apprehensive don't go through this alone. There are people out there who care about us. I haven't going to the pharmacy for quite some time and I have been very kind to me. I've never been on prescriptions before so in the beginning it was a learning experience. And for the type of PTSD I have I guess what this cold complex PTSD and the beginning it was almost impossible to walk in the building. Afraid of being judged afraid of being humiliated and feeling threatened and hypervigilance the whole nine. Such kindness and I feel like I've earned their respect they already have mine. As long as I have to take medication I won't go anywhere else. I pray that God blesses each and everyone of you. To be honest I have been times where I've received better advice from the pharmacist and their Associates that I have from the VA doctors that's real. ?Sincerely, Bryan former Army Paratrooper

Why on earth do you have items on your shelves that "arent in the system" and can't be purchased, and then why on earth would an associate tell me, "I have no idea" when I ask about it? So frustrating that I tackle traffic 2 days in a row to purchase this item, and both times I leave without it. This second time I just left my cart with my selected items, and walked out. I'll try Amazon.

I shop at Meijer because unlike Kroger, they don’t have Mitch McConnell’s wife on the board of directors. End of story.
