Robert was extremely helpful and patient as we tried out almost all the different mattresses in the store. We told him our preferences and ended up buying the first one he showed us. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the perfect set up for us at a price we could afford. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will come definitely be back for any mattress needs.

Rachel was is very knowledgeable ..She explained the difference between all the different types of mattresses and helped us to select the best one for us. I strongly recommend her to people who are looking for a good bed. She is very efficient, courteous, and friendly and takes time with the costumer.

I was looking for a inexpensive mattress for my granddaughter. I called the store to see what they had available. They had a new one for $149 in stock I could purchase and take home. I spoke with Haylee. She told me to come on over and she also had some floor models she would give me a deal on. I walked in and she greeted me right away. She showed me what she had available and sold me a $700 mattress for $150. I was there less than 15 minutes and had the new mattress loaded in my truck and out of there. This is the second time I have used this company and location. I highly recommend this place . A-1 service

Haylee was FANTASTIC! Easily the best salesperson I have ever worked with (and I’m in sales myself!) the store was setup nicely, very clean. The process from start to finish was very smooth. She was thorough in explaining all the options and everything. So knowledgable. We can’t wait to get our delivery in a couple days !

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm for the 1st time this afternoon. It was a great experience and we will return to get a mattress for another bed. Haylee answered all of my many questions and treated us like VIP's. We got a great deal and look forward to our delivery and setup. She noticed my husband's Vietnam Veteran hat and told us about the veterans' discount. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend this store. Haylee is a super-star!!
