After some unexpected financing issues, we were told to contact Mark. Mark worked so hard to find us a lender. He made it possible to be living in our dream home after an eight year search. He was in constant contact, always keeping me abreast of the next step in the process, and keeping me calm and hopeful when things seemed to be going down hill.

I was looking someone with a good expertise on the refinancing process and I googled it and I saw Mark Sammons with a great experience and customer service rating. And let me tell you. Those ratings mean a lot. When I sent my first email to Mark he replied like in minutes, seriously. Mark helped us tremendously with the refinancing process and had a great customer service. He made the process run very smooth and was willing to communicate by email and texting which is very helpful when you are working. Thank you Mark for your service. My mom and I are really happy with the results!

Mark Sammons did what others over many years have failed to do. I called Mark at prime lending and left a message that we were looking to buy a house. He called me back in less than 30 minutes and said he was sorry he missed the call. Mark did what other mortage companies cant even think of. If you or someone you know is looking to buy a house Mark Sammons IS THE ONLY PERSON YOU NEED TO TALK TO. I have never met Mark. We lived on one side of the state called about a loan. Found a house on the other side of the state. We consider Mark as a member of our family for making our dream of home ownership come true. Thank you for everything you have done.
