Great time but you really shouldn't put seating in the front of a heavy metal concert. That's super lame. Definitely kills the vibe watching all these old folks sitting in the front acting like they're being held against their will. You could tell it affected the morale of the bands.Nice place though.

Came with a group of 10+ for the Tyler Booth show. We had VIP passes and loved it all. Easy in and out.

Second time here for the OVW Wrestling Show! I hope they come back more often! They serve beer but have food trucks for any food. Their bathroom doors are a bit annoying but they at least have 4-5 of them.

Saw American Aquarium...solid show, but paid the $20 for parking via text (kind of a lot for parking, but it's a secure lot and snowy night..so whatever), then got a ticket for $87 from the parking company. What a joke! I tried to appeal but the parking company denied my claim as they are "bound by contract with our client to uphold lot rules and fines. I am unauthorized to reduce the notice any further."You've lost a customer and would suggest MMH fix your process with the parking company or I'm sure you'll loose more.

Attempted to rent the facility. Tiffany was very patient and understanding as our budget kept getting pushed off due to year end needs and other requirements within the organization taking priority. I spoke with Tiffany and she indicated someone else was interested in the space the same day so she put a deadline on the extension and told me that she would have to lift the hold in 7 days. That was on a Thursday. On Tuesday she told me her GM was going to give the date to someone else that had money to pay the same day. I had planned to lock in a contract and pay for the event, but the GM did not honor the 7 day extension and I wasn't given the opportunity to contract and pay.

Attended the Manchester Music Hall for the New Year’s Celebration of “throwback to the 90’s” which was awesome. The bartenders were exceptional! The environment was awesome! Only downside was no seating besides the VIP which wasn’t a big deal as I was happy to stand and cheer on the celebration of the new year of 2024!

I love the venue the only issue i had is i attended an event on Nov. 2nd a week later I got a parking notice for $87, needless to say I'm not going to pay it but i do need for it to be addressed.
